AN UNEXPLAINABLE SHIFT WITHIN YOUR SOUL.

YOU FEEL SEEN AND HEARD UNAPOLOGETICALLY AND THIS FEELS SO PEACEFUL. ITS LIKE THE CALMNESS AFTER THE STORM.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO BE SEEN OR BE HEARD, EVEN AT YOUR MOST UGLIEST AND CHALLENGING TIMES.

BE ANGRY.
BE FRUSTRATED
BE SAD.
BE UNCERTAIN.

She will lie comfortably and so patiently in her cozy travel bag and distance is no issue for her.

The SummerNats are on in Canberra.

If you love your grunty cars, hotrods, V8 , turbos, burnouts, mean machines, super charged beasts then this is the place to be.

Saw some awesome cars that I would like to share with you all.

Caught up with family and cousins as well and overall had an awesome afternoon/evening 👍

Why do we just keep waiting to be happy?

Are you really going to wait until life ISN'T hard anymore, before You decide to be Happy 🤷🤔

Be Happy now , even in our darkest hours or times there is always a light 🕯️ that shines bright at the end of each tunnel 🙏

When we remember that we are so much more than the bad things that happen to us, we then don't wait to be Happy because happiness is always around us, or near us or it comes through us.

Being Happy for me is putting a smile on someone's face 🤗

YES everything does change when you begin to Love yourself.

Some people may call this Selfish but I really don't give a # . To me Selfish is about Self-care and what this means to me. There is no right or wrong. Does this put a smile on your heart or soul? Then just do it 🫶

Self love begins with you 👍 so I am here to remind you lovely soul who is reading this post to welcome in Self Love.

Take the time and space to make this a daily if not frequently ritual to nourish your mind, body and soul through Self love, what ever that means for you.
It could be as simple as taking some time to smell the 🌺 🌹 flowers 😁

So today I began my Saturday morning Self Love ritual with a beautiful relaxing and healing Lomi Lomi hot stone massage with the amazing from Wholistic Vibrations 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

What a perfectly loving way to Love myself and to start the weekend vibes 🙏

Let's talk about Boundaries 🤷

Yep, not a subject people feel comfortable to talk about 🤷 but here we go.....

For me boundaries are:

Letting others know what is acceptable or not.

Feeling safe.

Respecting my space at home, my profession, my business and in my car.

Being ok with saying No and not having to feel guilty about it.

Standing up for myself and my needs.

Being able to decide on something knowing that not everyone may agree or like my decision, aka Respect.

Telling family, friends, work colleagues, people I randomly meet if I don't like something or wish not to participate in it.

Boundaries are also about being true to myself, even though it may ruffle other people's feathers 🤷

When I say No, it means No.

Acknowledging, Understanding and then applying that Boundaries are a form of Self Care 👍

When I say I need my space, it means I need my space , whether it be alone time, time away, time out or Me time.

Being ok with allowing myself to think, act and feel.

Being able to communicate openly and honestly.

And that it's actually healthy and normal to set boundaries with our parents, friends, siblings, relatives, grandparents, inlaws, partners, employers etc.

Boundaries are also about taking responsibility for things I say or do and not blaming others. Vice versa.

I'm sure there are more......

Growing up in a typical multicultural environment with Macedonian parents there were no boundaries, it was their way or the highway 🤦so many conditions, so many rules, so many obligations, so many he said she said we have to do this, so many cultural expectations and to be honest I don't even think our parents even understood what boundaries were, whether they were personal, professional, relationships. I still see that with my dad. I am sure some of you who are reading this can relate to this. I know my parents did the best they could but there were No boundaries and this was very unhealthy for everyone.

Don't procrastinate, SET YOUR BOUNDARIES because if you don't SOMEONE ELSE WILL for you 🥴
