From the bottom of our hearts, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate another incredible year at Serendipity Support Services. Days like this truly remind us why we do what we do. 💛
To our participants, families, and carers — thank you for attending, for your ongoing support, and for trusting us to care for you and your loved ones. Your confidence in our service means more to us than words can say. You have been such an important part of our journey throughout 2025, and your involvement, feedback, and connection are what help make Serendipity the warm and inclusive community that it is. You truly made this year one to remember. 🌈
To our amazing staff — your hard work, dedication, compassion, and commitment throughout the entire year do not go unnoticed. You consistently go above and beyond to support our participants with dignity, respect, and care. A very special thank you as well to every staff member who helped make today’s Christmas party possible — whether you were on shift, volunteered your time, helped set up, packed down, supported participants, or simply brought the festive spirit. Your teamwork and generosity were incredible, and today was a reflection of that. 🌟
A huge thank you to Chickos Catering for once again providing amazing food that everyone loved. And an extra special thank you to Julie and Ralph, who always take such wonderful care of us. Your support, reliability, and kindness never go unnoticed, and we’re so grateful to have you as part of our Serendipity celebrations year after year. 🍗💛
Thank you all for being part of the Serendipity family and for making our annual Christmas party such a joyful, meaningful, and memorable day. We feel so lucky to share this community with you and can’t wait for everything that 2026 will bring.

Another year under your leadership has meant another year of growth, care, advocacy, and opportunity for the people we support. Your vision, commitment, and genuine love for our guys shines through everything Serendipity does.
You don’t just run a service — you build a community where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to live full, meaningful lives. The culture, strength, and heart of our team exists because of you. We are such an amazing team because we are led by two people who truly care!
Thank you for another year of supporting our participants to live amazing lives, and for supporting all of us to do the same. We are so grateful to walk this journey with you both. 💛🌈
