Many of you will have heard me talk about "the homeopath" that I share my clinic room with. Let me introduce to the lovely Jon Gamble. Since we share the room we never actually cross paths in clinic, so we went walking on the weekend to connect. A beautiful day spent in the southern highlands sunshine and chatting about topics from music and a shared loved of Bach, to the process of creative writing, clinical insights, and nature. 🌱🌞

This photo was taken after 4 weeks of meditation and healing practices in the high desert of northern California. It was my final day and I was feeling so much joy, lightness and gratitude!

I'm now back in the clinic, seeing all the beautiful people of the Illawarra! And implementing a few new healing approaches into my practice ☀️🌱 See you soon!
