Ayden and Amelie from BaiMed just wrapped up their Sports Physiotherapy Level 1 course at APA Physiotherapy, and they couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.

🎾 Lauren Gradwell, Elliot Meers and Nicola Mepstead brought their expertise working with sporting and elite sporting populations to life through real patient stories and case studies. We dove deep into common sporting injuries and functional rehab tailored to specific sports, gaining invaluable insights that we can apply directly to our practice. It’s this kind of collaborative learning that makes all the difference. ⚽️

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience so generously. Our athletes and active clients are going to benefit immensely from everything we’ve learned this weekend.

Huge day at the Kiama clinic yesterday! Our Remedial Massage Therapist Bernie had the absolute privilege of working with Olympic triathlete Rosa Tapia ahead of the World Triathlon Championship Finals right here in Wollongong!

Watching these elite athletes prepare is something else – the dedication, the focus, the tiny details that make all the difference.

Rosa, we’ll all be cheering you on from the sidelines! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

🌊 Welcome back, Cara French! 🌊

We’re thrilled to have Cara back on the BaiMed team!

Growing up in Kiama, Cara’s love for swimming and surf lifesaving inspired her career. After studying in Melbourne, she worked with elite AFL, Baseball, and Swimming teams — including the Australian Swimming Team, Victorian Institute of Sport, and at national podium training centres.

Cara loves helping patients with TMJ pain and headaches, complex shoulder injuries and anything stopping you performing at your best!
