HOW TO
1. Use a herbal oil with ๐ฟ bhringraj, ๐ฟ brahmi or ๐ฟ kalonji (black cumin seed) oil or even just cold-pressed black sesame oil (contact me if you need some).
2. With fingers or a dropper, apply a generous dab of oil to the top, soft centre of your scalp - Adhipati - that slight depression that hasnโt fully closed up (direct access point of spiritual energy!).
3. Rub oil in a circular motion, gentle pressure, at least 8 timesโฆ.slowing &lengthening exhalation
5. Got an extra 20 seconds to spare? Extend your fingers across your scalp and massage a while. ๐
