I'd love you to join me by setting a daily alarm for 11:11. When it goes off, take the time to stop (if possible), slow down your breathing and send peace to our planet (peaceful minds create a peaceful planet). It doesn't matter if you're able to do this for the full minute or just for one or two slow, deep breaths. It's the intent that counts.
Let's unite and set the intent of peace for our planet every day at 11:11. She needs all the help she can get right now.
P. S. If 11:11 doesn't work for you, set a different time. We're all in different time zones anyway. The main thing is the intent.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the current world situation, or your own personal one? Maybe I can help, via energy healing.

For various reasons, I've procrastinated about doing this. However, we're all out of our comfort zone right now, so it feels like the right time to step up as an energy healer and take a proactive role by offering my services.

Instead of writing a shopping list on paper, I draw a love heart and place one on a shelf each time I shop.

I hope that whoever sees it feels the love (Seriously, we need all the love we can get in the supermarket these days!)

On this day 5 years ago, I followed my intuition after having a dream, which ultimately led me to discovering I had cancer. Obviously a cancer diagnosis is no cause for celerbration. However, had I not acted on it, there may have been a whole different outcome.
So today I celebrate not just surviving, but thriving past the 5 year mark and my take home message is this...
Always take the time to listen to your intuition

Today marks 4 years since my original cancer diagnosis. I took this pic today at the Botanic Gardens, then realised it kind of reminds me of my evolution over the past 4 years... a flower emerging from a cactus! It feels like I've come a long way.

Amazing how quickly things can change. These photos were taken this morning, in the same place, literally 5 minutes apart.
Could use this as a metaphor for life... All of a sudden the fog lifts and you can see things so much clearer (Yes, I am feeling a little philosophical today 😉)

Obviously, considering the path I decided to take after my cancer diagnosis, I'm a big advocate for natural healing and treatments. However, I'd like to make it clear that I also believe medical treatments can be vital too.

Last week I was very unwell. Raging temperature, swollen face and my airways were closing over. If it wasn't for the staff at the emergency department, and subsequently ward A4 at Wollongong hospital, there could have been a much grimmer outcome.

I guess what I'm saying here is that all healing methods have their place in this world. It's easy to become bias for or against one or another but I believe it's wise to stay open and discerning.

Always go with what feels right for you xx
