The Battle Within 💗

Co-sleeping is a constant tug-of-war.
Between exhaustion and instinct.
Between outside voices and what feels right deep within.

It’s twisting bodies, sore backs and feet in faces.
But it’s also easier night wakings, quicker settling,
regulated nervous systems, and a sense of safety that can’t be taught — only felt.

It’s breastfeeding without fully waking.
Children who know, deep in their bodies, that comfort comes when they call.
Strong attachment. Trust. Co-regulation.

And still, the judgement.

One day the pitter-patter will stop.
The bed will feel too big.
My arms too empty.

So for now, I choose closeness.
I choose connection over convenience.
Because these nights are hard but they are fleeting.

IMPORTANT CAPTION ‼️

This year has me launching into my business FULL TIME!
This means there is just a fraction more availability but i also have no doubt spaces will fill quick- hence why I’ve had to solely commit to my business! It’s all or nothing 😅😮‍💨

I will also be taking out some time throughout the year to prioritise my family. Doula’s generally don’t last in the industry unless they prioritise their health, wellbeing and rest. Burn out rates are HIGH and I don’t want that to be me! I love the work I do and I want to be able to provide the service I provide for a long time to come!

I have a lot of things happening behind the scenes and there’s some pretty epic things coming including another sneaky giveaway 🤫

I’ll be sharing more over the coming weeks so make sure you’re following me but for now if you’re pregnant or planning a pregnancy reach out to me here or put an enquiry through my website.

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind!

I’ve officially resigned from my day job, which means I now have more space to support families in 2026.

Over the past 12 months, I’ve witnessed just how much of a difference Doula support can make throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It has completely affirmed that this is the work I was always meant to do. I adore what I do and feel so blessed to be called to this space.

I’ve got some exciting updates to share over the coming weeks-so stay tuned!

For years it’s been a dream of mine to facilitate a mother’s group with a difference.
A place to laugh, cry and celebrate the ups and downs of motherhood.

This is a safe place free from judgement but full of support.

Throughout my motherhood journey, I always enjoyed the connection and friendship that came from various Mothers groups so I wanted to offer that opportunity to not only my own clients but others in the community that may still be looking for their village.

The Village Community will be meeting every Thursday at 10-11:30am at the .

It’s a beautiful space for mum to relax ,a nice safe place for the older siblings to play and there’s so much room for prams for the newborns!

There is also space inside if the weather isn’t the best!

The Man, The Myth, The Legend 💪💙

I thought it was about time I dedicated some grid to my other half.
I often have people ask how I do it all, run 2 businesses, work a part time job, parent little ones and maintain some kind of order in our house but this right here is the only reason I’m able to.

I call Rick my unicorn husband. He cooks, he cleans, he works, and he supports my dreams and pushes me to reach the goals I set.
He is the most incredible father and I am just so so grateful I get to do life with him by my side and grateful he still wants to stand by my side after 11 years and plenty of 11pm emotional breakdowns.

Alternative Pain Relief options- Part 2️⃣
