I am proud to announce that EMDR therapy is now available to clients both in the Wonthaggi clinic and via telehealth.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a structured approach to psychotherapy that helps people recover from distressing life experiences or trauma. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that is shown to lessen time in therapy when compared to traditional talk-based therapies.

*EMDR for children will be integrated into play therapy sessions to support the healing process*

EMDR therapy is available to teens in the Wonthaggi clinic and to adults via telehealth.

The New Year can be a great opportunity to reflect on the year that was, the challenges, achievements, and changes. However, for many, the new year can raise complex emotions, including expectations that you will get it right...this year, make good decisions, fix the problems, be a better parent, fix your finances, or create amazing relationships. It's also a time when restriction becomes the buzzword as many fall into the trap of unrealistic New Year resolutions, which can lead to feelings of failure and inadequacy.
How about this year you take one day at a time and focus on being uniquely YOU. Treat yourself with kindness and take courage by reaching out for professional support.

Nature plus Nurture is proud to announce the opening of our new clinic in Mitcham (3132, Vic). This has been a huge undertaking amidst the ever-changing landscape of the NDIS but we have worked hard to make it happen. The new clinic is located at 2/593 Whitehorse Rd, Mitcham, 3132, Vic. More photos to follow, including the before and after transformation.

I (Jen) would personally like to thank my wonderful partner in both life & business and one of my amazing sister-in-laws- Deana (you are all amazing though) who was integral to the clinic transformation and worked tirelessly on the outdoor landscaping. Ben and I would also like to thank our lovely new team of practitioners who have been patient, supportive, and ready to engage with clients. We can't wait to welcome clients to the new rooms. Thanks for your support :)
