Thank you to everyone who expressed interest into our pilates reformer classes! Both the Monday and Tuesday classes are now fully booked.

I have been very quiet on social media lately, mainly because I have been busy brewing up baby #2!!! Thursday marked my last day and I am now in full nesting mode! I would love to say a giant THANK YOU to everyone for all of your support.

⭐️ TLC Physio will be closed for my maternity leave, until March 2023 for all physiotherapy appointments.
⭐️The falls & balance classes on Mondays and Thursdays will remain on, being held by Laura from LJ Personal-Training!

Massive thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, for every well wish I have received over the past few weeks and months. I will most definitely let you all know when bub arrives!! 🙏
