I’ve just emerged out of an intensive 2 day gig nurturing 12 lovely mothers with beautiful massage at a homeschool gathering in the bush South of Hobart 🥰 While I absolutely prefer a pace of 1x single session a day for my own health & balance ✨events that are a YES for me call ✨
I wanted to share how I managed to pull off balance in this clear overextension of myself.. as massaging mumma after mumma for 2 days felt a big deal.. but also thriving through this is 100% new to me 😂
Firstly I’ve been realistic 👏 so I've been super protective of my energy knowing I’ve zero capacity to extend anywhere else this week.. so I blocked my availability for other massage/healing bookings this week 🙏 not rocket science is it really 🤣
I also knew no long adventurous morning walks, movement or anything else real active though committed to yin-type yoga quietly at home to start & end these days 🌷plus enjoyed all kinds of stretching for the few minutes between each & every massage 😊
I also knew for optimum energy to choose to eat simple meat stock soups, soft boiled eggs & keep up my mountain spring water yet also satisfied self with a cafe coffee to start these days plus a warm cup of ceremonial cocao with salted butter & real honey to end my days 🙌 Job deliciously done 😊
