What a gorgeous day out in Ashbourne for Ulrike and Christof's wedding!

The dirt roads were a reminder of country Victoria at its finest (and I was so glad I didn't wash my car beforehand!), but it was absolutely worth it to be part of this beautiful, intimate celebration on Ralf's farm.

Ulrike and Christof travelled all the way from Germany to tie the knot surrounded by their closest family and a few dear friends. Their ceremony was the perfect reflection of them – relaxed, genuine, and beautifully simple. No fuss, no frills, just two people celebrating their love in nature, exactly the way they wanted.

After we made their marriage official, I was invited to stay for "Kaffee und Kuchen" – the cherished German tradition of coffee and cake shared with loved ones in the afternoon. It was such a treat to sit with their guests, enjoy delicious cake, and soak up the warm, cosy atmosphere they'd created.

Days like this remind me why I love what I do. It's not about the big, fancy weddings (though those are wonderful too!). It's about crafting ceremonies that feel authentic to each couple, whether that's an intimate gathering on a farm or something completely different.

Ulrike and Christof, thank you for welcoming me into your special day and for the champagne, cake, and beautiful memories. Wishing you both all the happiness!

What an absolutely perfect day for Elise and Tas!

Saturday saw these two like-minded souls say "I do" at the stunning Cleveland Estate in Lancefield, surrounded by 75 of their nearest and dearest. And Mother Nature delivered perfection!

From the moment they met at a lawn bowls event in Manly (yes, really! 🎳), to their magical proposal at Lake Louise in the Canadian snow, to Saturday's beautiful celebration – their story is one of laughter, adventure, and two best friends doing life together.

What I love most about Elise and Tas is how genuine their connection is. They're the couple who'll laugh about booking the wrong flight or buying emergency Airbnb bedding at 8am, and somehow make it all part of their perfectly imperfect adventure.
As Tas put it – "two like-minded people living in almost perfect harmony" – and you could feel that harmony radiating throughout the entire ceremony.

The ceremony flowed beautifully, with heartfelt vows, happy tears, and that special Cleveland Estate magic all around. From the rose petal exit to the group photo on those gorgeous grounds, every moment was just... perfect!

Congratulations, Mr & Mrs! Here's to your next chapter – whether that's camping adventures in the decked-out 4WD, that lap around Australia you're dreaming of, or simply continuing to be each other's favourite person every single day.

Sometimes the most meaningful celebrations are the simplest ones.

Nicole and Chris tied the knot atop Mount Franklin, surrounded by a handful of their closest family members who mean the world to them. The views were absolutely stunning, the atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, and yes, it was a little windy (okay, maybe more than a little!) but that just added to the magic of the day.

This is what I love most about what I do – ceremonies that are a true reflection of the couple. No fuss, no stress, just genuine moments and real connections. Nicole and Chris wanted something low-key and meaningful, and that's exactly what they got.

Watching families come together to celebrate love in such an authentic way never gets old. Congratulations to the newlyweds!

What an absolutely beautiful day to celebrate Isabella and Dane!

Under gorgeous blue skies at the stunning Lauriston Hills Estate, these two said "I do" surrounded by their closest family and friends. The rustic, intimate setting was the perfect backdrop for their relaxed and romantic ceremony.

And the real MVP of the day? Reggie the canine ring bearer absolutely NAILED his moment, delivering the rings like a champion!

Isabella and Dane's love story started back in 2020 over a shared passion for rollerskating (and some questionable movies over FaceTime during lockdown!). From their first date in Torquay, to building their first home together in Bacchus Marsh, to getting engaged on a nature walk in Healesville - their journey has been filled with laughter, adventure, and so much love.

Congratulations to the newlyweds! Here's to a lifetime of bird watching, lizard hunting, cosy movie nights, and making beautiful memories together. 🦎🎬❤️

One of my favourite parts of any ceremony is this one — warming up the crowd, settling those happy nerves, and just being present with everyone before the magic unfolds.

This handsome groom (and his equally handsome groomsmen!) at the beautiful Cosmopolitan Hotel in Trentham were ready and waiting — and honestly? That smile says it all.

It really is all in the details.

Nina & James chose something simple and meaningful — a backyard ceremony in Kilmore surrounded by the people they love most. And honestly? Those are some of my favourite days.

The florist carefully arranging every bloom on that beautiful triangular arch. The long table dressed in lush eucalyptus and white flowers. The little one doing a very important job with the ring cushion. The bubbles lined up and ready to go. The laughter mid-ceremony that nobody planned for but everyone needed.

This is what an intimate celebration looks like when it's done with love and intention. No grand venue required, just good people, gorgeous details, and two people ready to say I do.
