✨ ISA EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR – LUCY HALL ✨
Three years ago, Lucy walked through our doors fresh out of school.
Limited employment experience, but a huge heart, strong values, and a clear goal — to learn, grow, and build real life experience in a role that mattered.
What followed has been one of the most powerful growth journeys we’ve witnessed at Inclusive Solutions Australia.
Being young in the workforce is not easy — and Lucy has navigated personal challenges, professional hurdles, learning curves, and mistakes along the way. But at ISA, we believe mistakes are our greatest teachers when paired with the right mentoring, support, and willingness to learn — and Lucy embodied that from day one.
She showed up open, motivated, reflective, and hungry to do better.
She leaned into feedback.
She asked questions.
She learned boundaries.
She built confidence.
Over time, Lucy became a master of her craft — working with participants, including those with complex needs, with professionalism, compassion, skill, and heart. She has developed an intuitive understanding of NDIS support work that cannot be taught from a textbook — it comes from lived experience, integrity, and genuine care.
Lucy is now one of ISA’s most trusted, influential, and high-level support workers. She is adored by our participants (and if we’re honest — there are never enough hours in the day or under SCHADS to share her with everyone who wants her!).
She still has challenging days — because she’s human.
But what sets Lucy apart is this: she is always the first to put her hand up, seek guidance, reflect honestly, and stay within her professional boundaries while continuing to grow.
What makes this even more special is that Lucy doesn’t just learn from management — the entire ISA team learns from Lucy. Her approach, work ethic, emotional intelligence, and commitment to quality support have lifted the standard for everyone around her.
Lucy is now heading toward leadership within ISA — and we are proud to support that journey. At ISA, we don’t hold people back. We believe in growing our people alongside our participants. Just as we support participants to live their best lives, we are equally committed to ensuring our staff have the best employment experience, mentoring, and development possible under the NDIS.
Lucy — it has been an absolute honour to watch you grow.
As CEO, I have learned so much from you.
I am deeply grateful that you chose to stay, adapt, learn, and keep striving for more.
This award is so deeply deserved.
💙 Congratulations, Lucy Hall — ISA Employee of the Year 💙
