Here are some snapshots capturing some lovely moments from recent participant support activities at ISA, as homes were filled with Christmas decorations and festive cheer! 🎄✨

With the support of our team, participants spent time setting up their spaces, choosing decorations and enjoying the simple joy that comes with preparing for the festive season. Activities like these support independence, creativity and a sense of pride in one’s home, while also creating opportunities for connection and shared celebration.

It’s always special to see participants enjoying their spaces and embracing moments that feel meaningful to them. We’re proud to support individuals to feel comfortable, confident and at home in their own environments, especially at this time of year.

✨ ISA EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR – LUCY HALL ✨

Three years ago, Lucy walked through our doors fresh out of school.
Limited employment experience, but a huge heart, strong values, and a clear goal — to learn, grow, and build real life experience in a role that mattered.

What followed has been one of the most powerful growth journeys we’ve witnessed at Inclusive Solutions Australia.

Being young in the workforce is not easy — and Lucy has navigated personal challenges, professional hurdles, learning curves, and mistakes along the way. But at ISA, we believe mistakes are our greatest teachers when paired with the right mentoring, support, and willingness to learn — and Lucy embodied that from day one.

She showed up open, motivated, reflective, and hungry to do better.
She leaned into feedback.
She asked questions.
She learned boundaries.
She built confidence.

Over time, Lucy became a master of her craft — working with participants, including those with complex needs, with professionalism, compassion, skill, and heart. She has developed an intuitive understanding of NDIS support work that cannot be taught from a textbook — it comes from lived experience, integrity, and genuine care.

Lucy is now one of ISA’s most trusted, influential, and high-level support workers. She is adored by our participants (and if we’re honest — there are never enough hours in the day or under SCHADS to share her with everyone who wants her!).

She still has challenging days — because she’s human.
But what sets Lucy apart is this: she is always the first to put her hand up, seek guidance, reflect honestly, and stay within her professional boundaries while continuing to grow.

What makes this even more special is that Lucy doesn’t just learn from management — the entire ISA team learns from Lucy. Her approach, work ethic, emotional intelligence, and commitment to quality support have lifted the standard for everyone around her.

Lucy is now heading toward leadership within ISA — and we are proud to support that journey. At ISA, we don’t hold people back. We believe in growing our people alongside our participants. Just as we support participants to live their best lives, we are equally committed to ensuring our staff have the best employment experience, mentoring, and development possible under the NDIS.

Lucy — it has been an absolute honour to watch you grow.
As CEO, I have learned so much from you.
I am deeply grateful that you chose to stay, adapt, learn, and keep striving for more.

This award is so deeply deserved.

💙 Congratulations, Lucy Hall — ISA Employee of the Year 💙

✨ Heidi’s Employment Journey – A Beautiful Moment of Confidence & Growth ✨

Today was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we do what we do.
Our incredible participant Heidi, who has been part of the ISA family for the last three years, had an empowering and confidence-building experience at Suited for Success, supported by the amazing Lucy.

Heidi carefully selected a stunning long dress perfect for a job interview, along with matching shoes, jewellery and a purse. With Lucy by her side, she confidently discussed her personal style, professional presentation, and how her outfit reflects who she is stepping into as a future employee. She was engaged, motivated, and genuinely excited — and her confidence absolutely shone through.

This is what real employment support under the NDIS should look like.

At ISA, employment support is so much more than just “talking about jobs.”
It’s about:
✅ Reverse marketing and employer engagement
✅ Interview coaching and confidence building
✅ Outstanding resumes that actually stand out
✅ Perfect job matching
✅ Learning through real-life, simulated and on-the-job environments
✅ Understanding wages, hours, and how employment works alongside Centrelink
✅ Ongoing mentoring, training, and long-term engagement

This is wrap-around, real-world, outcomes-driven employment support — and it’s why our Employment Program is producing genuine life change across Australia.

And now… Heidi is dressed, prepared, confident, and ready after completing her work preparation journey with us. We cannot wait to see the exciting things that lie ahead for her. 💼✨

Heidi, we are so proud of you.
Lucy, thank you for the beautiful support you provide every day.
This is ISA employment in action. 💙

Here are a few snapshots from our recent participant support activities at ISA! 🤩

Justin and Brett enjoyed a fun day out at Hijinx Hotel, taking part in the games and having a ton of great fun! Outings like this help build confidence, encourage trying new things and create positive moments in the community, and we're so proud of our support workers like Brett who make this happen!

Brett also shared a lovely bonding moment with participant Rachell as they did each other’s nails. It was a calm and creative activity that gave Rachell the chance to express herself and enjoy some relaxing self-care.

These everyday moments highlight the meaningful connections, growth and confidence that can develop through the right support. We’re proud of our ISA team for creating uplifting and engaging experiences where participants can thrive.

We’re excited to share these warm Christmas moments featuring Marlena, Roman, their dog Romi, and their support worker, Nat!🎄💛

Marlena has made amazing progress in building her trust, independence and confidence through ISA’s daily living and community access supports. She’s now beginning to look for employment, and it’s been inspiring to see how much her confidence and willingness to engage have grown over time.

These photos capture the genuine connection and teamwork they’ve built together, along with the joy of getting ready for the festive season as a family. From decorating the Christmas tree to spending quality time together, it’s a lovely reminder of how the right support can help people feel more comfortable, capable and empowered in their everyday lives.

We’re incredibly proud at ISA to support participants like Marlena as they work towards their goals, and grateful to the dedicated workers who help make these moments possible. ❤️

Last night was one of those moments that captures exactly what ISA is all about — community, creativity, and giving our participants experiences they may never have had the chance to enjoy.

Our very own support worker Brett, who is also a world-class performer, invited some of our team and participants to experience Blanc de Blanc — a show he stars in while continuing to make an incredible impact here at ISA. Brett has danced all over the world and performed for some of the biggest names in entertainment… and yet he still shows up for our ISA family with genuine heart, generosity, and a true passion for giving back.

What made the night even more special was seeing our team come together — finding ways to bring joy, broaden horizons, and create moments that stay with our participants forever.
This is what our staff do best.
They extend themselves beyond what’s required. They share their talents, passions, and connections. They look for opportunities to enhance the lives of others, and they do it with creativity, love and a deep sense of purpose.

We are incredibly proud of Brett, and equally proud of the ISA staff who continue to turn ordinary days into extraordinary experiences. These moments — the laughter, the connection, the new experiences — are the heart of why we do what we do.

Here’s to more nights like this, more creativity, more inclusion, and more opportunities for our participants to experience the world in exciting new ways.
This is ISA culture. This is impact. This is community.

🌟 HUGE Congratulations to our superstar, Roark! 🌟
After two attempts, he didn’t give up. He persevered, pushed through the nerves, showed up for himself, and today… he got his P’s! 🚗💨❤️

With the incredible support of his Support Worker, Javon, who’s been by his side motivating, encouraging, and backing him the whole way — this moment is so well-deserved. 🙌✨

Roark, we are so inspired by you.
Over the past year, you have come leaps and bounds from when we first met you. Your attitude, your communication, your regulation, your confidence — the growth has been unbelievable. Watching you step into your independence has been a privilege.

This right here is what keeps our ISA team going.
Seeing our participants achieve real goals, real freedom, and real milestones… there’s nothing better. But the hard work? The dedication? The courage?
👉 That’s all you, Roark.

We are beyond proud of you and can’t wait to see what you accomplish next.
Enjoy that P-plate life! ❤️💚

What a NIGHT! 🤩
Our ISA fam took over the Sunday Comedy Night at Beenleigh Distillery Markets and honestly… the laughs did NOT stop! 😂✨

Our participants rounded up their friends, teamed up with their Support Workers, and hit the town for an epic night of community access, connection, and good vibes.
Watching everyone belly-laugh, try new things, and just soak up the energy together is exactly what ISA is all about — confidence, independence and unforgettable moments. 💫

🌟 Good News Story – William’s Journey to Independence and Adventure!

At Inclusive Solutions Australia, we love celebrating the incredible growth and achievements of our participants — and this week, it’s all about William!

William has been working hard on building his independence, confidence, and physical wellbeing through his tailored supports at ISA — and his progress has been nothing short of inspiring. Supported by his worker Matthew, William took to the water for a day of kayaking and fitness-based community access.

With the sun shining and the calm water ahead, William showed amazing resilience, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Each paddle stroke was a reminder of how far he’s come in his journey towards independence. From preparing his gear to confidently navigating the shoreline, William demonstrated both determination and joy — proving that growth happens when you step (or paddle!) outside your comfort zone.

Matthew shared,

“Will showed great independence and resilience throughout the day. It’s such a pleasure to support him on his post-school journey towards independence and employment.”

At ISA, we’re so proud to see William thriving through his supports — strengthening his fitness, social connections, and self-belief. Adventures like this reflect exactly what we stand for: empowering participants to live life to the fullest through confidence, capability, and community connection.

Well done, William — you’re absolutely smashing your goals! 🏆🚣‍♂️

What an incredible morning!
We had the pleasure of attending the Northern Gold Coast Interagency Meeting, surrounded by over 40 passionate providers who share the same heart, integrity, and commitment to making a genuine difference in the disability and community sector.

The room was absolutely buzzing — every story, every conversation, and every person brought their own light and purpose. It’s rare to be in a space filled with so much collaboration, energy, and collective drive to build stronger networks and meaningful partnerships across the region.

We left inspired, connected, and grateful to be part of such a powerful and purpose-led community. 💙
