🎙️ ISA was on the Radio!

This morning, Inclusive Solutions Australia had the incredible opportunity to be featured live on 98.1 FM Brisbane, with our Service Manager Emma Timoteo representing ISA on the Brisbane Select Live program.

What an exciting moment — not just for our team, but for the work we are building across Queensland.

ISA is growing rapidly, our community connections are strengthening, and the demand for high-quality, structured disability support is louder than ever. We are proud to be a provider that is expanding with purpose — raising the bar, building strong teams, and delivering supports that genuinely make a difference.

We are actively scaling across Logan, Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast, and we want to be part of the broader conversations happening in our sector and beyond.

If you have an opportunity where ISA can contribute — whether it’s a community event, podcast, panel, media feature, stakeholder forum, or collaboration — we would love to hear from you.

We’re here, we’re building, and we’re only getting started.

Thank you again to Miss G for having us on the program this morning and for supporting the disability community through your platform.

Something big is happening on the Gold Coast.

And it’s not just another networking event.

Today at the Ready Set Connect Event held at the sharks club on the Gold Coast, you could actually feel it — a new circle forming… a union of the real operators in this space.

Not the noise.
Not the checkbox providers.
The ones who are obsessed with doing this properly.

The providers who want communication, collaboration, learning, and elevation —
the ones meeting again after the event, booking lunches, sharing ideas, building something bigger than themselves.

This is what the Gold Coast needs:
a connected community of high-level organisations pushing standards up, together.

And ISA is right in the middle of that momentum 🙌🙌🙌

Today was also a huge moment because we officially introduced the ISA superstar who is about to change the game for us here:

✨ Loren — ISA’s new NDIS Partnerships Manager ✨

Loren is leading our Gold Coast expansion with pure drive, vision, and relationship power — and trust me when I say…

We are only just getting started.

Gold Coast… ISA is coming.
Stronger. Sharper. More connected than ever 🚀💙

Gold Coast — raising the standard of NDIS support in 2026 has never been more important.

The Gold Coast has more disability support options than ever, and choice is a wonderful thing.

But what matters most is that choice is matched with quality, safeguarding, consistency, and real outcomes.

In 2025, Inclusive Solutions Australia experienced significant growth across the Gold Coast, and with that growth comes responsibility. We’ve made deliberate investments in local leadership, stronger oversight, and structured service pathways — ensuring every participant receives the high-quality, person-centred support ISA is known for.

At ISA, we focus on:

• evidence-based, capacity-building support
• strong safeguarding and professional boundaries
• continuity of care and intentional staff matching
• structured programs aligned to participant goals
• real progress toward independence and community participation

We’re proud to be expanding our Gold Coast presence through our ISA Flagship Programs:

🏡 Kingston Integrated Living Model
🚀 Transition to Community Program
🗓️ Foundations for Independence Pathway
🤝 Community Connections Pathway
💼 ISA Work Pathways (Employment Readiness)

If you’re a family, participant, or stakeholder looking for structured, outcomes-driven NDIS support on the Gold Coast, we would love to connect.

Cooking Up Confidence: Sam’s Kitchen Success 🥐🧀

We had a delicious morning at the office thanks to a fantastic cooking session with one of our participants, Sam!

Working alongside her support worker, Ryan, Sam whipped up a batch of homemade puff pastry scrolls filled with cheese and bacon. Using a simple recipe they developed together, Sam showed incredible growth in her kitchen independence.

From measuring out ingredients to the final assembly, Sam completed the preparation with very limited support. It was wonderful to watch her follow each step of the process with such focus and safety. Sam proudly shared her finished creations with the Team Leaders in the office, and the verdict was a unanimous 10 out of 10! 👩‍🍳✨

This is a perfect example of capacity building in action: building real-world skills that lead to greater independence at home. Well done, Sam! We are all leaning in to see what you decide to cook up next. 😋👏

💙✨ Service Manager Spotlight: Emma Timoteo ✨💙

Today, our fearless Service Manager Emma represented Inclusive Solutions Australia at the Logan Seniors Network Planning Session — connecting with local services, community leaders, and sector stakeholders to strengthen pathways across Logan for seniors, NDIS participants, and families navigating their support journey.

But honestly… this was so much bigger than just a meeting.

For Emma, this was one of the first times stepping out into a room like this — networking, mingling, being visible in the community — because her journey over the past year has been nothing short of life-changing.

Emma’s story is the definition of growth.

She joined ISA almost four years ago as a cleaner. Quietly showing up, working hard, serving our community with humility and heart.

And it didn’t take long for us to realise… her purpose was never just a role.

Her purpose was always people.

From there, Emma rose into leadership as a Team Leader — and now, she is the Service Manager who helps drive the engine of ISA every single day. She is the encyclopedia, the operator, the calm in the storm — ensuring our participants receive the highest standard of care, structure, and continuity.

Over the past year, Emma has also undergone an extraordinary health transformation, stepping into a new level of confidence, strength, and self-belief.

And today was a reflection of that.

Not just showing up professionally…
But showing up personally.
Owning her space.
Walking into community leadership with pride.

Her journey of serving others has inspired her to serve herself — and in doing so, she has become an inspiration to everyone around her 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Emma is pure gold in service delivery.
A force of nature.
And a privilege to have beside you on your NDIS journey.

We are so proud of you, Emma. 💙

✨ Collaboration Over Competition — The Future of the NDIS in South East Queensland ✨

Today felt like one of those moments that reminds you why we do this.

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming some of the most integral, purpose-driven minds in the South East Queensland disability space into our Logan head office — KL from connecting2Care, Ms G from Nationwide Care, and Jase from Slim Gym Summer.

These are the kinds of people you meet at interagency tables and instantly recognise…
Not just providers — but leaders.
Not just businesses — but builders of change.

There was such a strong synergy in the room. The kind of alignment that can’t be manufactured — it comes from shared values, lived experience, and a genuine commitment to excellence in this sector.

At Inclusive Solutions Australia, we’ve always believed something deeply:

💡 The NDIS is not meant to be navigated alone.
It was built on community. On collaboration. On people coming together to create something better.

We are not just here for participants.
We are not just here for staff.

We are here for the greater ecosystem — the families, the frontline workers, the emerging providers, the community organisations… and the network of incredible humans who are all trying to do right by people with disability.

Because when the right providers unite, we create:

🤝 stronger pathways
🌱 more opportunities
🔥 better outcomes
💙 and a sector built on integrity, not isolation

This is what the future looks like — providers banding together as a team, sharing knowledge, sharing passion, and lifting the standard across the board.

To KL, Ms G, and Jace — thank you for your time, your brilliance, and the work you do. This is only the beginning.

South East Queensland… we’re just getting started.

Free Counselling Support Resources for Young People and Parents

At ISA we are always looking for ways to strengthen the support network around the families we work alongside. Sometimes the most powerful resources are the ones that are free, confidential, and available immediately, yet many people aren't aware they exist.

We want to share two incredible national services that provide an extra layer of emotional support and guidance between formal sessions.

Kids Helpline (Ages 5 to 25) 📞
Kids Helpline is a free, 24/7 counselling service for children and young people across Australia. They offer support for anxiety, bullying, family conflict, or simply when a young person needs someone safe to talk to.

A great feature of this service is that young people can often request the same counsellor over time, which helps build trust and consistency.

Phone: 1800 55 1800 (Available 24/7)

Online: WebChat and Email options are available on their website.

Parentline (Support for Parents and Carers) 🌿
Parenting can be challenging, especially when a child or teenager is struggling emotionally or behaviourally. Parentline is a free service providing guidance on school stress, family conflict, and parenting strategies. It is an excellent resource for parents who feel overwhelmed and need real-time reassurance.

Phone (QLD): 1300 30 1300

Hours: 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

Why We Are Sharing This 💡
These services are not a replacement for funded supports, but they act as a vital additional layer for early intervention and emotional safety. Sometimes one conversation at the right moment can make all the difference.

Please feel free to share these resources with anyone who may benefit. Inclusive Solutions Australia is proud to support strong communities and empowered young people. 💛

💛 Celebrating Thailah — Five Years of Growth, Strength & Belief

Some journeys stay with you forever.
Thailah’s is one of them.

Thailah came to Inclusive Solutions Australia just before she turned 18. At the time, she was navigating significant instability, low confidence, and uncertainty about her future. Like many young people transitioning into adulthood, she had experienced disruption and carried a strong belief that she “couldn’t” achieve many of the things others seemed to manage with ease.

Over the past five years, we’ve had the absolute privilege of walking alongside Thailah as she built her life — step by step, skill by skill.

Together, we worked on:
• daily living skills and independent routines
• safe and confident community access
• social engagement and communication
• building self-belief and confidence
• creating long-term stability and consistency

Progress didn’t happen overnight.
It took time, trust, patience, and persistence — exactly how meaningful capacity building should work.

A key part of Thailah’s journey has been consistency. From day one, she has been supported by the same carefully matched Support Worker, Adam, whose professional, steady approach helped create the safety and confidence needed for Thailah to keep pushing forward, even when she doubted herself.

During this time, Thailah also became a mum to a beautiful baby girl — another chapter we’ve been honoured to support her through. Watching her grow not only as an individual, but as a parent, has been incredibly special.

One milestone that truly captures how far she has come is this:

🚗 Thailah has just passed her P-plates — first go.

For someone who once believed she “couldn’t do anything”, working through her learner’s licence, understanding road rules, developing safe driving habits, and building the confidence to sit her test was no small achievement.

And she did it.

Today, Thailah is 23 years old, living with far greater independence, confidence, and belief in herself. The shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset — from “I can’t” to “I can try” — has been one of the most powerful transformations we’ve witnessed.

💛 Thailah, we are so incredibly proud of you.
This is exactly why we do what we do.

Welcoming Our Newest ISA Recruits for 2026 🙌

This week, Inclusive Solutions Australia held our 2026 induction and orientation with our newest recruits — and it was a powerful reminder of something we believe wholeheartedly:

The standard of support begins on day one.

At ISA, we don’t see induction as a tick-box exercise. We see it as the foundation of everything that follows — the moment where new staff are not only trained, but genuinely welcomed, known, and nurtured into this work.

Disability support can sometimes be misunderstood from the outside. People may think it’s just about shifts, rosters, or tasks.

But those of us in this sector know the truth:

This work is about people.
It’s about trust.
It’s about responsibility.
It’s about showing up, consistently, for some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

That’s why we invest heavily in building high-quality support workers from the very beginning — with robust training, real-world guidance, and strong supervision structures that ensure no one is left feeling isolated in their role.

One of the things I’m most proud of is that our Team Leaders and senior management attend these sessions in person — because culture is not something you read in a handbook.

It’s something you feel in the room.

Our recruits meet the people who will walk alongside them, support their development, and hold the standard of practice that ISA is known for across South-East Queensland.

We are building more than a workforce.

We are building a community of professionals who deliver support with skill, dignity, boundaries, and heart — aligned with the very best expectations of the NDIS and the lives entrusted to our care.

To our newest ISA team members: welcome.
You are stepping into meaningful work, and you will never do it alone.

There is nothing quite like a day out on the water, and our participant Simon is a regular pro when it comes to bringing home a fresh feed of fish! 🎣🐟

After his recent fishing trips, Simon teamed up with his support worker, Lindsay, to give the boat some much-needed TLC. Using the pressure washer, Simon took charge of cleaning the boat inside and out to get it sparkling again ✨

Simon enjoyed learning all about the importance of regular maintenance and why keeping the gear clean is so vital for the next big adventure 🧼⚓️

It was a fantastic day of building new skills and taking pride in his equipment. Great job on the hard work, Simon! We hope the fish are biting on your next trip 🌊👏

We are absolutely beaming with pride for one of our incredible participants, Marlena, who has been turning her backyard into a thriving fresh food oasis! 🏡🍅

With the support of her dedicated worker, Margie, Marlena has been busy mastering the art of hothouse gardening. Her goal was to eat healthier and keep the grocery bill down by growing her own organic produce right at home! 👩‍🌾

The results speak for themselves! Check out the glossy eggplants, sun-ripened tomatoes, and sweet homegrown grapes featured in her harvest. Gardening is about so much more than just food; it’s about independence, learning new skills, and the joy of seeing your hard work bear fruit (literally!).

Well done, Marlena! Everyone here at ISA is so proud of your dedication to healthy living and we're excited to see more! 🌟👏
