🗓 Position: Medical Receptionist
📍 Location: woodrising General Practice
What you will Do
✅ Greet patients warmly and professionally
✅ Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
✅ Process billing and payments
✅ Assist with general administrative tasks
✅ Be a key part of creating a caring and efficient environment
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting preferred
🔹 Excellent communication and multitasking skills
🔹 Knowledge of medical software (e.g., Best Practice,) is a plus
🔹 Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
