Join Efua Prah in exploring a Hatha yoga practice infused with sound healing techniques. Fostering a free mind, body and spirit are at the centre of the idea behind Uhuru mindfulness practice. Together Efua and her client co-create a peaceful, loving space for the seeds of life and love to be planted and nourished. This is done through meditation, compassionate listening and non-violent communication. Her mindfulness practice is based in Buddhist teachings that she draws on from her many years of learning about mindfulness, sound healing and bodywork to bring about health and well-being in the body.
