You can now have your blood tests and pathology collections done right here in the clinic — making your visit easier, quicker, and more convenient.

8:00am – 1:00pm

No need to travel elsewhere. Just check in at reception and our friendly Clinipath team will take care of you.

💛 A little reminder that kindness still matters.

It’s been a tough few weeks for our team at Castlegate a lot of negativity, untrue comments and online hate that has really deflated the staff who show up every single day to care for this community.

And then… something as simple as this card arrives.
A small gesture that lifted the whole clinic.
A reminder that there are good people, grateful patients, and moments of light even on the hardest days.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse - ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

At Castlegate Family Practice, we are committed to providing safe, respectful and compassionate care to our community.
To do that, we must also protect the wellbeing and safety of our staff.

Recently, we have experienced incidents of aggressive and abusive behaviour directed at our reception and clinical team.
This behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

To be absolutely clear:

👉 Our staff have the right to end any phone call where they are being yelled at, abused, or threatened.
👉 Any form of verbal aggression, intimidation, or threatening behaviour inside the clinic may result in an immediate ban from the practice.
👉 Serious or repeated incidents will be reported to the police.
👉 Posting false, harmful, or misleading statements about our clinic or staff on social media or public community groups may be treated as defamation and pursued through legal channels.
👉 Fake or malicious Google reviews that misrepresent events will also be addressed legally if required.

We are a small family-run medical practice.
No one who works here — doctors, nurses, reception staff, or management — deserves to be yelled at, intimidated, or threatened while doing their job.

Please remember:

⭐ Online posts and reviews show only one side of a situation.
⭐ We are legally unable to explain, defend, or correct misinformation due to strict patient privacy laws.

Our priority will always be the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of both our patients and our team.

Her background has given her strong skills in I.V. administration, safety planning, risk assessment, and crisis management, with a particular passion for supporting vulnerable populations.

We understand that healthcare can sometimes feel stressful, however abusive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour — whether in person, by phone, or via email — will not be tolerated. Patients who engage in such behaviour will be asked to leave the practice and will not be welcomed back.
