Alisha brings over eight years of diverse nursing experience, including work in mental health, general practice, vaccinations, drug and alcohol services, and geriatric care. At Castlegate Family Practice & Women’s Health Clinic, our patients always come first.

We kindly ask that all patients treat our staff with respect.

We understand that healthcare can sometimes feel stressful, however abusive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour — whether in person, by phone, or via email — will not be tolerated. Patients who engage in such behaviour will be asked to leave the practice and will not be welcomed back.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff. 💙

🐾 Ruben’s Week So Far at the Practice 🐾

We are very lucky to have Ruben staying with us for a couple of days - Thank you Dr April Armstrong and Grow Medical Group for trusting us to look after Ruben!!

📅 Day 1: Arrives in rainbow PJs, immediately takes charge of the office.

🎯 Day 2: Wins the Office Tug-of-War Championships, follows up with a nap worthy of gold medal status.

🏷 Day 3: Shows off his shiny name tag — because everyone needs to know who’s in charge.

🚫 Day 4: Spots a “Do not sit” sign… sits anyway. (Rebel life.)

📬 Day 5: Makes friends with the postie — because deliveries should come with pats.

🐕‍🦺 Day 6: Meets a stylish new pal in the shop… instantly forms a fashion-forward doggy duo. Ma Kettles Gardenalia ❤️❤️❤️
