Our 12 month paid traineeship is perfect for school leavers ready to learn on the job, earn a qualification and join a team that’s all about fun, growth and making people smile 🌟

About the Traineeship
After 12 months, you'll be a fully qualified Dental Assistant with a Cert III qualification. You’ll learn on the job across multiple clinics, gaining hands-on experience providing chair-side dental assistance to dental practitioners, learning infection control protocols, equipment prep and sterilisation processes - just to name a few.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking friendly, fast-paced individuals who thrive under pressure and love working with people. You must be available for late nights (until 7pm) and Saturdays and ready to bring energy, drive and exceptional customer service to every shift.

Our Story

St. Clair Dental is now Incredible Smiles Woodville. Husband-and-wife dentists Dr Anisha Sanghavi and Dr Mitesh Sanghavi enjoyed operating St. Clair Dental for many years to serve that community. To provide patients with the best in care and convenience, we are moving to a new location in Woodville.

Our caring and experienced team members will continue to provide high-quality dentistry to families of all ages in Woodville Park. All of our exceptional smile-enhancing services will be offered at the new location.

A Cheerful, Contemporary Space

Our modern yet comfortable practice has a fresh new feel. The space features a fun children’s play area, new dental chairs and disabled access in the toilet area. For your convenience, we also feature ample parking.
