Today we saw the beautifully refurbished Redcliffe Palliative Care Unit lounge, sunroom and playground unveiled thanks to the amazing generosity of many ♥️

Thank you to Raise it for Redcliffe Hospital, REDDY Fun/Run Walk - Redcliffe Hospital Auxiliary and the incredible local businesses as Impact Partners and community organisations who have donated to see this project become a reality 🙌

Creating beautiful spaces for patients and families at end of life to be together 🕊️

Today we farewelled the fabulous Kathy who has been our Service Manager / CNC for the past 18 months 🙌

Kathy has been exceptional in her clincial care and leadership with our clients and nurses and will definitely be missed ♥️

As she leaves to pursue other clincial passions we wish her every success 💫
