Nearly a week later and it brought the feels doing this reel. Hearing the laughter, the squeals of joy, seeing the vibrant energy, pure fun, freedom and waves of smiles around the room.

Connecting with other women, being nourished with food, drinks and women’s energy was definitely a delight. Hearing the words of inspiring women was also a treat. It was beautiful to meet some new faces as well old - and I thought I wasn’t going to know anyone.

6 new people last night!!!! So good. Thank you everyone for responding to my call out. Even to the ones who are not pictured here. Of course it is my regulars who keep this class going so there’s an endless gratitude to you guys for staying committed to yourself and your well being.

This year I had to change the day of my only Zumba evening class because I wanted to pursue a dream of mine to be a percussionist in a band. I am happy to say I am now part of the and now travel to Salisbury every Tuesday evening for rehearsals 🪘🛢️🪇

This event is SOLD OUT! Unfortunately I can’t make it to this one. But we have 1 table booked with 4 people on it from my 4.30pm Zumba Gold class - who wants to join them? This will be a great way to get to know people outside of class.

Leanne who is a regular in my Zumba classes is one of the 6 volunteers that provide basic school essential to underprivileged children across 16 schools on the peninsula. Such great work!!!!! I would definitely go but have my sister in law’s wedding to attend.

Please let me know if you can join the others as there are 6-8 spots to fill. Leanne has kindly saved a table given it has booked out.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FUN TO DO IN 2026! I may just have the thing for you 🫵🏼. Come and try ZUMBA! It is more than a class, it’s a community!!!! You not only have fun while burning calories. You also are 100% welcomed with opened arms 🤗 and supported by a great bunch of women. I love the energy in my classes. It’s generally smiles all around while people try new things and wiggle those hips. You go at your own pace. There is no judgement and it’s 💯FUN!!!!

There are 2 levels you can choose from

1. ZUMBA is a dance-based cardio workout that combines Latin and international music with choreographed steps. It’s designed to be fun and inclusive for people of all ages, genders and skill levels.

2. ZUMBA GOLD is a lower-intensity version of Zumba that’s designed for people who are new to fitness, older adults, or people who need modified exercises. It’s a full-body workout that’s based on Latin and international dance styles.

💃🏽 Tuesday 9am @ Masonic Center, Scarborough (A/C)- coffee catch up after class.

💃🏽 Wednesday 8.45am-45mins @ Woody Pt Memorial Hall. New beginners & seniors class.

💃🏽 Thursday 9am @ Woody Pt Memorial Hall. Coffee catch up 2nd week of the month.
