There are 3 levels you can choose from
1. ZUMBA is a dance-based cardio workout that combines Latin and international music with choreographed steps. It's designed to be fun and inclusive for people of all ages, genders, and skill levels upbeat, with a party atmosphere.
2. ZUMBA GOLD Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of Zumba that's for older adults, It's a full-body workout that's based on Latin and international dance styles. My Zumba Gold classes are on the harder side but you can also choose your own level and just do what your body can do.
3. ZUMBA GOLD BEGINNERS (Wed) is designed for people who need modified exercises and people who are new to fitness and dance. My Wednesday class is different to my other classes because it has 1/2 Latin tunes, 1/2 sing a long songs plus 2 toning tracks. Easy and fun moves to follow.
