Just an offering of love and support (if it feels right/resonates for you) as we navigate the current movement of energies and life 🙏
I don't often post lengthy notes... a loving nudge from a guide .... if it's not for you, that's OK, but simply an offering to those who may feel some comfort from the energy of the words...
If you're feeling the intensity of energies lately....struggling with emotions, seeing things break apart...watching the falling away of situations, relationships, work environments or just life in general as you've previously known, may we offer some gentle support if you are struggling to free yourself of any pain or discomfort, confusion or frustration....
Remind yourself that whatever life has thrown at you to date, whatever challenges you've been faced with, in this life and previous lives, take this moment to see and acknowledge to yourself that throughout all of that, you have prevailed....you are still standing..
You may be feeling heartbroken, or a bit "lost" or with weariness and resignation... but see how amazing you are and that you are still here...breathing, trying, putting one foot in front of the other, meeting what presents to you and doing the best you can, with what you know, in this moment!
You are truely amazing!
The universe offers the soul experiences to learn... some of these are more challenging than others, some can feel quite excruciating...you sense and feel this because your soul is seeking healing, freedom from this pain...showing you what you need to heal...
Please take a moment to offer yourself deep love and gratitude for your strength, your courage, your journey so far.... acknowledge all of who you are and what you offer to others, to humanity....(offerings can be deep or simple, even a kind word you may have offered to someone who needs it, a smile to a stranger) ...know you offer in your own unique way....even the smallest gesture of beautiful intention ripples love...
See the learning thats been offered to you along your bumpy path....see the joy and the challenges you've experienced.... see your growth at each step along the way and keep going....keep exploring, moving into the love, joy and freedom you seek....recall the feelings of love, happiness and joy you've experienced along your way so far, your successes big or small too (they too are all part of the who you are, what youve learnt, what you offer just being you) and hold the knowing that your best days ever, in this life, may just still be coming...perhaps just around the corner....
Trust the journey....flow authentically you and offer yourself love, compassion and gratitude for all that you are... for all that you offer and know how incredible and unique you are!
