First day back at work today 😮

Not going to lie… it was a bit of a slog 😶‍🌫️ That 12-day break disappeared in a flash ⚡️But what a break it was. Moments of joy, reconnecting with friends, time in nature, live music, laughter… and yes, navigating personal challenges too (because that’s life, for all of us) 🎊✨🍃💃🎸

The real trick for 2026? Balance ⚖️

Work and life.. not one swallowing the other ♾️ Work to live, don’t live to work.

So here’s the gentle reminder: prioritise your wellbeing, stay connected, say yes to new opportunities, and set small, meaningful goals that give you something to look forward to 🍃✨️

If Christmas is hard,
If you’ve lost someone dear.
Just look in your heart,
And you’ll know they’re still here.

The star in the sky,
The light falling snow.
The robin outside,
It seems like they know.

If this is a time,
When you’re struggling through.
Just do what you can,
For what matters, is you.

There’s no need to be merry,
There’s no need to bright.
Just do what you can,
It will all be alright.
