We’re calling out to the next generation of Support Workers.
Those who can handle the tough stuff, some comm access but also focused on celebrating the wins, bringing passion, resilience, and respect to every shift. We are looking for agents of change!

We’re after legends who have:
✅ Behaviour management experience or willing to learn!
✅ Confidence working in a SIL environment
✅ Open availability (including sleepovers)
✅ All required NDIS worker checks

If you can stay calm in chaos, laugh through the challenges, and genuinely care for our most vulnerable.

15 - 20 hours per week to start will increase over time if you are a good fit for our participants.

Male and female Qualified support staff with experience in challenging behaviours and able to think outside the box - MAYBO & Medication Training will be provided. Slow start with hours increasing in early January.

We're proud to support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Australia & New Zealand program this Invisible Disabilities Week (19-25 October), and every week! 🌻

The Sunflower is a globally recognised symbol for non-visible disabilities, also known as hidden disabilities or invisible disabilities. At Suncorp Stadium, patrons can wear a green lanyard throughout an event to discreetly identify to venue staff that they may need extra help, time or guidance. Venue staff wearing white Sunflower lanyards or pins are available to assist if needed, and free green lanyards are available for patrons to collect from staff at the information stands, Quiet Room and corporate entrances.
