Mums, did you know? 🤍

Glimmers are those tiny, beautiful moments in your day that bring a flicker of calm or joy.

The sunlight on your skin while hanging the washing.
A flower blooming in the garden.
A quiet cuddle.
A smile from your little one.

They’re small, but powerful.

When you consciously notice these moments, you activate your parasympathetic nervous system, the part responsible for rest, safety and connection. It’s your body’s natural calming response.

And the more you notice them, the more your brain begins to look for them. Over time, this can reduce stress, build your capacity, and gently rewire your focus toward the good that already exists in your day, even on the hard ones.

It doesn’t mean ignoring the challenges. It just means giving equal airtime to the light.
