After our meditation this morning, we were all so blissed out, I played the song ‘Be’ by Neil Diamond, from Jonathan Livingston Seagull.
The words are so powerful and thought provoking.
In a crazy, chaotic , topsy turvy world, giving ourselves time to just ‘Be’ is truly a wonderful gift we can bless ourselves with.
