Womb Temple Helping mums and women of all ages heal before + after birth + through other seasons + challenges. Our pelvis and her organs are our feminine foundation.

Chaitanya is a skilled therapist and healer, trained to help women rekindle their connection with their womb and move towards healing from all kinds of pelvic problems and imbalances. When we're holding tension and trauma in her tissues it effects our whole body, mind and world. But thankfully there are gentle, holistic ways to release the old and welcome the new. Often, the effects and sometimes trauma of birthing is held in the body long after the baby is born, Chaitanya loves to help mothers of all ages release the common holding patterns in the pelvic bones other tissues of the body after birth. She holds a safe space for you to turn towards what is help in the body and connect with the wisdom and healing that may be available to you there. Similar holdings can exist after birth loss, miscarriage and abortion. Chaitanya holds a special healing space for women who have lived through these terribly hard experiences, working with gentle external touch, presence, breath and visualisation to change the way that these experiences are held in the body and the woman. Through her work in the Womb Temple, Chaitanya offers gentle, respectful, confidential holistic healing for young mums, old mums and woman of all different ages. Because we all need some healing and sacred support. These holistic sessions are a perfect compliment to pelvic physio therapy and osteopathy and are not intended to be a replacement for more clinical services or medical advise. Sessions are available in person in Sandy Beach NSW or online anywhere in the world.

What we allow persists.

Yet life gives us rhythmic opportunities to come face to face with our troubles, and bring resolution.

Sadly, many of us are slow learners! Repeating the same lesson again and again. And dealing with recurrent pain and tension, normalising it somehow in our inner narrative.

After doing deep, holistic pelvic healing work for almost a decade I've come to see that the body (and the psyche it contains) is a master strategist. It doesn't matter if you consciously want to make changes - if the body feels the old way is still a better strategy to keep you safe or to keep you acting out a deeply imbedded belief - it will often trump your efforts to make lasting change.

That's why in my sessions, we turn towards the body and feel into what she is truly holding onto.
What's at the root of that behavior, that pain, that tension that emotional turmoil.

And something I see all the time

Is that the body is GREAT at holding on.

And GREAT at letting go.

Bumps and butts! I'm all over it ❤️

Before birth, there's no tension that I won't attend to, because I want you to be free to open wide when that baby is coming through without having to navigate unnecessary road blocks.

So YES if you're up for it, my pregnancy sessions are intimate, because there's a lot of round and broad ligament tension that can restrict the space that baby has to position in and give you a pain in the butt, groin, lower belly or yoni. ⚡

Deep relief and deep release is where we go.

Gentle but focussed external touch.

To help you and the muscles bones and ligaments to relax! So that baby can be better aligned and the birth door will be easier to open!

I'm holding such a safe space, and checking in about any intimate or tender touch and I find all of the big mamas that have received healing bodywork from me have loved and benefited from a good old bum massage, Womb Temple style ✨

My sessions are transformational because I'm helping women to come into presence with what's still held in the body - emotionally as well as physically.

And when we bring touch through massage and holding and mix that with breath and a little sound on the exhale then the wheels really start turning and the tension just resolves.

Without opening up a channel for this emotionality to release, the tension will also remain.

So I provide very safe and measured ways to help my beautiful clients to let it out and feel it shift.

This is just a sneak peak into what happens in a session, I have SO many other techniques that I use with internal curiosity and presence that help exploration and transformation, each arises when needed to serve the client's unique needs. 🙏

Keep your clothes on!

Yes I'll lift up your top to work on your belly, but even to explore and help resolve pelvic pain and symptoms, I'm just working externally and you can keep your clothes on.

Because women that I see have a lot of pelvic pain, including so much tailbone pain, the touch can be quite intimate.

I'm always working gently with your consent and presence and my clients find the work deeply healing 🙏

So don't feel scared to come and see me for help with tailbone pain, a pain, pelvic floor issues or lower back, we'll be working together in such a respectful and therapeutic way to get you back on track.

Working prenatally from 2nd trimester onwards and postnatally any time after birth.

And older mums, younger women, everyone is welcome in my healing space.

Because we all need more support.

More than a massage is what I'm offering.

Yes it's deeply relaxing like a massage, but I'm working with my hands in a very focussed way to explore the bones and all the tissues to release long held tensions in your body, and being.

With deep gratitude to my teachers and Lynn Schulte I've been helping women in pregnancy, postpartum and at other times to get out of their mild to intense pains and get back to ease and functionality 🙏

Pregnancy massage is great! I hope all of my clients are seeing one of the fantastic massage therapists that are here on the coast.

My pregnancy and postpartum sessions are more than a massage, they're an exploration of everything that causes pain, tension, niggling and discomfort

Which are ALL messages from the body saying HELP we're in a less than optimal functionality here.

And when we soldier on, especially in pregnancy with those aches and pains, we're quite possibly limiting the space for baby's positioning and limiting our own capacity for ease of movement and rest.

Let's address all the limitations BEFORE the birth.

Then help you get back together, body, heart and soul after the birth.

Happy full moon from Sandy Beach!

This moon peaked in real sky Aries in the constellation known as a yoni in the Indian system.

This part of the sky activated by this moon has the yoni powers of birth and death and can help us radially shift from one thing to another like the baby shifting from the warm wet environment of the mother's womb, one with her, to a whole new reality on the other side of birth.

It can inspire us to level up, trim off what's no longer a good use of our energy and make quite radical shifts.

This is interesting to me as I've been considering recently the way we hold trauma and how this can shift radically in a healing session.

Our old, highly charged experiences definitely weigh us down, they have an energetic form that literally the tissues of our body and personality has to wrap around to hold.

And when that healing shift happens

Boom the form shifts and moves

The tissues rearrange

And you feel lighter.
