Healing Energy Energy healing is a gentle and non-invasive method of healing, but is highly effective.

Alison Grant is an experienced Energetic Healing practitioner, Thought Field Therapist (dx) and Spiritual Healer who provides professional, alternative option for people who prefer to take a holistic approach to their health and wellness. It facilitates the healing process by clearing blocks in the energy fields, rebalancing and harmonising the energy at all levels. The body can then move to its optimal level of balance from where it is able to use its inherent ability to heal itself and release detrimental patterns and beliefs. Alison works at a very deep level to help shift energy patterns, beliefs and blocks to create lasting change. She has helped people experiencing a whole range of problems from emotional and psychological based issues to physical conditions. Alison left a successful career in the corporate world in 2001 to pursue her desire to learn about natural healing therapies. She founded her practice “Healing Energy” in 2002 after completing a Diploma in Energetic Healing and an Advanced Certificate in Spiritual Healing. She has since completed certificates reiki, kinesiology, TFT, meditation and other other energy-based healing modalities.

💭 The truth is, everybody is going to hurt you at some point. No matter how much love, loyalty, or effort you give, people are human, and humans make mistakes. They will disappoint you, misunderstand you, and sometimes even break your heart. But that’s not the point of life or love. The real question is: who is worth suffering for?

Because some people come into your life and leave behind scars, while others leave behind lessons. Some take from you and walk away, but a few… a precious few, will stay. Even after the arguments, the tears, and the distance, they’ll find their way back. They’ll own their flaws, try to make things right, and remind you that love isn’t perfect, but it’s real. ❤️

You see, it’s not about avoiding pain, it’s about choosing who you’re willing to go through the pain with. It’s about standing beside those who show up for you even when it’s hard. The ones who see your worth, who make the struggle feel like it has purpose, who make the chaos feel worth enduring. 🌹

Not every wound is a reason to walk away. Sometimes, it’s a test to see if the bond is strong enough to heal. So, choose your people wisely. Some are lessons. Some are blessings. And a few are both.

Stress management technique

Are you feeling scared or anxious?

Try the Soothing Butterfly Hug!

Steps:
1. Place the right hand on the left upper arm and the left hand on the right upper arm or place the hands on top of each other at the center of chest.

2. Alternate the movement of your hands tapping one arm or side of chest and then the other like the flapping wings of a butterfly

3. Your eyes can be closed or partially closed

4. Breathe slowly and deeply

5. Either focus on an emotional distress or trauma; OR

6. Observe what is going through your mind and body such as thoughts, images, sounds, odors, feelings, and physical sensations, just like clouds moving through the sky, with no judgment.

7. Continue until you feel calm, and your thoughts have settled.
