Victoria runs a private practice, servicing clients in Sydney’s East and Northern Suburbs. Areas of therapeutic expertise include individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and relationship counselling, as well as psycho-educational group leadership and soft skills training. Bringing a wealth of experience to her clients, Victoria has assisted individuals suffering a broad variety of issues including grief and loss, trauma, disordered eating, childhood sexual abuse, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, alcohol addiction and substance abuse disorders. Victoria was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (brought on by depression) in 2003, however she is now recovered and well, and keen to assist others suffering the debilitating effects of depression. Recognising the rising prevalence of mood disorders among her private clients and the community at large, Victoria seeks to address the current lack of support in this area of mental wellbeing by running regular support groups in Sydney.
