WEEK 3 – THE REAL TEST 😮💨
Week 3 is almost upon us…
and honestly, this is the hardest week for most people
(including me).
This week we’re cutting out ultra-processed foods and bad takeaways 🚫
That means:
❌ sugary drinks
❌ chocolate
❌ ice cream
❌ chips & sweets
Not forever — just for this week.
Instead, we’re adding more whole foods 🌱
If it came out of the ground (or close to it), you’re on the right track.
✨ Swap sweets for fruit
✨ Add full-fat Greek yoghurt (not the s**t sugary stuff)
✨ More nuts, seeds, veggies & whole grains
This week isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about noticing:
• cravings
• energy
• digestion
• mood
