Vanessa Leone - Movement Therapist It's not about the way you look, it's about the way you live. What I stand for is doing things BETTER. Training better, eating better, living better.

I stand for bettering myself, my skills and how I work with people everyday. My ethos is to get my clients to be better - and for the trainers I have worked with to be more effective, and have a deeper understanding to get out there to make YOU (the clients) BETTER! Being better isn’t about just fittness or weight loss, it’s a way of life. Being better and striving for better can shape a new path in the health and wellness industry. I have always said; “It’s not about the way you look, it’s about the way you live.”

If I aim to live better everyday then I can transfer that belief to every aspect of my life and I can help you transfer it to yours. Together we can be better everyday.

I’ve always disliked Barbell back squats and bench. I think they are some of the move overrated and over programmed exercises in fitness. Doesn’t mean I hate them. It’s about context and nuance. And unfortunately we miss the mark on that too. Do you agree they are overrated??

Exercise is a funny thing. Go to the gym do some bench and some squats and walk on a treadmill. It’s all good if you love it but when you compare that to the incredible potential humans have for movement… it falls pretty flat in my eyes. Let’s be better. Let’s be creative. Let’s learn about the amazing vehicle that your body actually is ❤️
