Outstanding service and genuine compassion

I would like to sincerely thank Amy at Priceline Pharmacy Orion Springfield for the beautiful care and kindness she showed today.

Sandra lives with a disability and often struggles with confidence in her day-to-day life. Amy went above and beyond by taking a gentle, thoughtful approach that immediately put her at ease. Her compassion, patience and genuine warmth made such a difference, not just in the service provided, but in how Sandra felt walking out the door.

This interaction truly reflected the heart and spirit of the pharmacy Amy works for. It wasn’t rushed, it wasn’t transactional, it was human, respectful and empowering.

Thank you Amy for seeing the person first. Moments like this matter more than you know. 💖

BETTAbility Festive Chaos & Creative Catastrophe Paint-and-Sip Extravaganza 🎨🍷✨

Let’s just say… the brief was “paint a gingerbread man.” The team heard:
🖌️“Do whatever your soul feels, babes.” And honestly.. Iconic behaviour.

Swipe through and you’ll see:
🎨Gingerbread people who look like they’re thriving.
🎨Gingerbread people who look like they’ve seen things.
🎨Rogue butterflies, questionable candy canes, and one masterpiece that may or may not be a scene from a Nordic crime drama.
🎨Zero adherence to instructions… 100% commitment to the vibe.

Whilst not all of the crew was present, we made enough noise, chaos and questionable artwork for everyone. The BETTAbility energy was absolutely felt. 💗

This crew? Unhinged. Talented. Joyful.
And absolutely the reason BETTAbility feels like family. 💗🎄

Here’s to finishing the year with messy art, full hearts and paint on our clothes…Wouldn’t have it any other way.

✨ Late post but worth it! We had such a lovely time at the NDIS provider Christmas party..good vibes, good people and plenty of laughs ✨

New connections were made, we learnt a lot and we’re feeling genuinely excited about the new partnerships taking shape. It’s always inspiring to be surrounded by people who care deeply about the work we all do. 💚✨

🌟 MELBOURNE WEEKEND RECAP - Frozen fingers, giant food and airport celeb spotting 🌟

Last weekend we took some of our participants and staff on a little adventure down to Melbourne for the Disability Expo… and honestly? ICONIC.

The chaos started early when the boys spotted Anthony Mundine at Brisbane Airport & absolutely refused to let him walk past without a photo. Peak confidence, peak energy. 😂🔥

Then Melbourne greeted us with weather so cold it slapped us straight in the soul. Queenslanders were not built for 9 degrees but we survived with: 🍽️ A 1kg chicken parmigiana (yes, you read that right) 🥨 Delicious pretzels☕ Enough hot drinks to power a small village

In between the food and shivering, everyone had an incredible time exploring the Expo, trying new things, learning, chatting, connecting and just living their best adventure-weekend lives.

Trips like this hit different! Community. Confidence. Belly laughs. New experiences & memories our crew will be talking about for ages. 🧡✨

Kicking off our Melbourne Disability Expo trip the BETTAbility way… by casually bumping into THE Anthony Mundine at Brisbane Airport 🥊🤩

And let’s be real…our boys were NOT about to let him walk past quietly... 😬
Big smiles, handshakes, selfies, the whole hype. The excitement was next-level and honestly… iconic. Mundine you are an absolute legend!!
