Dear Participants, Families, Carers and Team,
Today I am incredibly proud to share some very special news, we are now officially a Registered NDIS Provider.
This is a significant milestone for our organisation and for every single person who has supported, believed in and grown with us along the way. Becoming registered means we have successfully met the strict standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. It confirms that our governance, safeguarding frameworks, systems, staff training and service delivery meet nationally recognised benchmarks for quality, safety and compliance.
This achievement is not just about audits or documentation. It is about commitment. It is about doing things properly. It is about long-term stability. It is about raising the standard of care in our community while continuing to lead with heart.
As a Registered Provider, we can now support NDIA-managed participants, deliver services fully aligned with NDIS Practice Standards, expand into higher-level and more complex supports, strengthen our safeguarding and reporting systems, and continue building strong partnerships with Support Coordinators, Allied Health professionals and Plan Managers across Brisbane and beyond. Most importantly, this milestone provides reassurance to our participants and families that we operate under nationally regulated standards while still delivering the personalised, relationship-focused support that defines who we are.
Registration strengthens who we are, it does not change our values. We remain participant-first. We remain community-focused. We remain committed to standing alongside you with integrity, compassion and professionalism.
In addition to this achievement, we are now commencing our formal registration pathway within the aged care sector under our sister branch, BETTACare. This next step will see us working toward compliance and approval through the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, ensuring that we meet the same high standards of governance, safeguarding and quality within aged care services. Our vision is to build a seamless, values-driven support network that spans disability and aged care, providing continuity, dignity and excellence across every stage of life.
I would also like to acknowledge the growing impact of our property services branch, BETTAClean. This division is already creating meaningful and practical outcomes for participants by supporting safe, clean and well-maintained living environments. Quality care extends beyond personal support, it includes the spaces people live in every day. Through BETTAClean, we are seeing firsthand how property and environmental support contributes to wellbeing, independence and dignity. I am also pleased to formally welcome Jason into his role as Lead of BETTAClean. His leadership, reliability and commitment to participants are already strengthening this division and we are excited to see its continued growth and positive impact.
To our participants and families, thank you for trusting us. Your belief in our vision made this possible. This milestone belongs to you just as much as it does to us, and we remain dedicated to delivering structured, accountable and genuinely caring support every single day.
To our team, this is your achievement. Every policy reviewed, every system refined, every late night preparing documentation, every standard upheld, you have helped build something meaningful and lasting. You should be incredibly proud.
We will be celebrating this milestone properly in the coming weeks with a participant and team morning tea, recognition of those who contributed to this journey, community appreciation posts and the proud display of our registration certificate. This moment represents resilience, growth and a clear step forward into a stronger future.
Registration is not the finish line, it is the foundation for the next chapter of growth, stability and impact. With NDIS registration secured, aged care registration underway and BETTAClean expanding its footprint, we are stepping confidently into a stronger, broader and more sustainable future.
