🍞 Smart swaps for classic holiday dishes: Greek yoghurt instead of heavy cream, whole-grain rolls instead of white bread, olive oil or light vinaigrettes instead of creamy dressings, sparkling water with lime & mint over sugary drinks... and yes, dark chocolate for dessert 😉
🛒 Dietitian-approved convenience picks: pre-cut fruit & veggie mixes, microwave steam-veggie bags, ready-to-cook proteins (like rotisserie chicken or oven-ready salmon), frozen fruits and veggies, canned beans (great for quick, healthy meals even when you’re busy).
🍪 A few treats - because food is joy: cookies, chocolates, little indulgences because balance is about nourishment and happiness.
