Johnny has been seeing us after a workplace elbow injury.

Johnny wanted to avoid the surgery route and put his trust in Connect Exercise Physiology and Hinterland Physio Group for his rehabilitation. Johnny is well on his way to get back into work and has been able to return to activities he enjoys with minimal pain. 🌞

We are very excited to have Lachie join the team at Connect Exercise Physiology.

Lachie has a genuine passion and commitment to helping people enhance their quality of life through positive movement, exercise and health education. 🚶🏻‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏋

He is a strong believer that positive relationships with his clients is the first and foremost step towards supporting his clients to achieve their goals. Lachie has an interest in healthy aging, osteoporosis and neurological conditions such as Parkinsons diseases. He enjoys training in the gym, mountain biking and lives for hiking, camping and travelling. ⛺🏕

You will find Lachie available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Woombye.

🎄 Maintain the Momentum Challenge 💪

The festive season doesn’t have to mean pressing pause on how good you’ve been feeling. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been chatting with many of our clients about our Maintain the Momentum Challenge, running from 22nd December to 4th January.

The idea is simple and realistic:
✔️ 4 days per week
✔️ 30 minutes of movement
✔️ Designed to fit around Christmas, holidays, and real life

It’s not about perfection or pushing harder — it’s about staying connected to your routine, keeping your body moving, and heading into the new year feeling confident and capable.

If you’re already in, keep going — you’re building something solid.
If you haven’t started yet, it’s not too late to start, join in and move your body in a way that feels good.

Let’s keep the momentum rolling 🎯
