Raw chocolate is one of my absolute favourites! Here’s my friend Kashmira Divine’s recipe ❤️ the health benefits of this are worth making it again and again...cacao is fantastic for hormone balance, it’s full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, improves digestion, lowers stress, great for mental health and cognition, even may help support better heart health and blood sugar levels... enjoy!

The response to my story yesterday was a landslide! You guys want chocolate recipes. ⠀

This is one of my all time faves! ⠀
⠀
200g raw cacao butter (I prefer cacao buttons)�60g raw cacao powder�100g pure maple syrup (or Coconut Magic coconut nectar)�1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or fresh vanilla caviar)�1/8 tsp fine sea salt⠀
PLUS�20-25 drops dōTERRA peppermint oil⠀
�Chop cacao butter roughly with a knife on a chopping board, to approx. 1-2cm cubes, (or use buttons). Place cacao butter into small glass bowl (or small pot if you don’t have a dehydrator).⠀
⠀
Melt cacao butter in dehydrator at 47C (or on the stove over a VERY low heat - do NOT boil. Remove from heat as soon as it it liquid).�⠀
Add remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl and when the cacao butter is melted, pour it into the mixing bowl. Use a whisk to mix well ensuring no lumps. ⠀

Pour chocolate into lined dish/baking tray or chocolate moulds or onto a tray for a thin chocolate bark. (you need bark for the peppermint brownies)�⠀
Place in the freezer immediately to set, as it will separate if you set it at room temperature.⠀
⠀
OR for an easier version just use coconut oil instead of cacao butter (make sure to melt/liquefy it first and remember it won’t set in QLD temps unless it is in the freezer at all times)!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Create greater CALM and BALANCE in times of stress -
A Simple Technique

Are you ever stressed or anxious, do you have trouble staying calm in stressful situations?

The number one reason why stress overtakes the body is due to electrical system imbalances

Here’s what to do:

1. Hold your tongue to the roof of your mouth
2. Hold one nostril closed, inhale deeply
3. Release nostril, hold other nostril closed, and exhale
4. Inhale again deeply, then release nostril and hold other nostril, and exhale
5. Continue this circular breathing until your energy becomes calm and you feel a
state of relaxation and peace

And here's why:

The body’s electrical circuitry (which relates to the solar plexus chakra) has a direct influence on the functionality of the body, especially the muscular and skeletal systems (which includes the hormones influencing these systems)

When you’re stressed, these are some of the types of things that manifest:

Thyroid/Parathyroid imbalance

Bone conditions:
Osteopenia
Osteoporosis

Pharynx imbalance:
Breathing issues
Swallowing problems
Speaking issues

Muscles imbalance:
Contraction/extension problems
Atrophy
Spasms

Each nostril promotes either positive or negative ions:

Right nostril - positive
Left nostril - negative

With every breath we take, we affect the body’s chemicalization, which refined further, has a direct influence on calcium/phosphorus balance/imbalance in the body

When in “polarised” balance, we align all of these intricate “core” functions so they co-operate to maximum effect

However when any amount of stress comes on line, or we feel unsafe/unloved, an instant disruption in that polarity flow takes place

The chemicalization of our body can directly or indirectly inhibit brain function, also causing major disruptions in function and decision making ability, causing again more stress...

If you’d like to keep the electrical energy in your body flowing for the greatest good, the above correction can be done whenever needed, as often as you need, and for as long as you need to create a calm, relaxed state, empowering you to:

Breathe easier
Speak more freely, clearly and articulately
Have more relaxed and healthier muscle function
Balanced thyroid and/or parathyroid function
Have healthier bones and joints
Have calmer, clearer and more focused brain energy
Feel free from stress and fear
And so much more....

This is greet to do before exams, if you feel angry, if you need help making a choice, or in any situation you may feel overwhelmed or stressed
