A few things about me simply because I release all guilt, shame and blame about where I am at! And you never know it might free someone else too. 🤓

I am 43 and currently living back with my mum and her retriever Poppy.

I love honouring the sunrise and the sunset. ☀️

I am an ideas machine, it often stops me from taking any action.

Not everything I do works out.

Reading Lucinda Riley books has widened my vocabulary. 📚

I have two businesses yet I am currently not getting paid for my gifts.

I have being exploring what I like doing for me.

I have a drum and I use it to let out frustration and anger clearing my energy when I am overwhelmed (I use it to support others too). 🪘

I’ve been known to sunbathe in my wellies.

I love being in woodland. 🌳

I enjoy watching a fire. 🔥

I use oracle cards to reflect my energy and gain clarity when I am in my head (they never fail me or anyone I use them with).

I love snow nearly as much as the sun, it brings my playful side out. ❄️

I wear random combos of clothes to keep me warm or cool as much as loving a colour match outfit. 👗 🥾

I love colour, particularly green and orange (hence the woodlands and sun 😉)

I love creating any space inside or out.
Our space is an energetic mirror (that doesn’t mean spotless is the best, as trying to create perfection often links to need to be in control, I know as I was that person and sometimes it can reappear when I don’t feel safe or supported).

Why I thought I was getting a van converted is now not why I got a van converted.

I have to feel safe for you to see all of me.

Speaking your truth without guilt, shame or blame will free you more than you can imagine! Standardise life back to what it is rather than what it should look like!

Particularly women to women and men to men! Is it time to stop holding your s**t together? Let what is working and more importantly isn’t working be witnessed! What if it’s the shame, guilt and blame that’s casing the friction in your life!

We can support and build together in ways we truly desire, in friendships, in relationships and partnerships!

Removing distractions to really trust our instincts.

In truth - I’ve taken a back seat from pretty much everything, even things that are ‘good’ for me that includes - working out, taking supplements, seeing friends and much more!

Making space to be with our self can feel uncomfortable, naturally filling gaps with things even that are good for us or helping others.

However a pause can create an opportunity to look at what’s working and whats not, what to change or to be reset.

Even what has been ‘good’ for us may want mixing up.

Information is helpful if we embody it other wise it’s simply another distraction!

Tell a different story to live a different experience!

Currently challenging all that I was taught around you having to work hard for your money and proving I am enough! I’ve given up my house, my 26yr career and stepped into the unknown with my new business, I am riding the waves of the unknown as I know how I was living is only one way!

Already I’ve been shown most of what I have given up/stopped doing or invested in, was the very reason I had to work so hard to pay for!

Life without these things has given me more time and space to experience joy and explore what happiness really is!

It’s been uncomfortable having sooo much time for play, which has shown me how imbalanced I was.

How often do you have unbound play?

Could you stop one thing that allows you to have more space?

A final update before I’m off again!

I sold my house, moved into a 14th Century Manor, supporting someone else's vision in exchange to live on their land and give me space to explore where’s next!

My partner and I are living by a new mantra I created:

‘LIVE LIKE YOU ARE ON HOLIDAY’

In doing this I have cried, panicked, judged and being codependent on others. Yet it’s what you do with that, that will get you what you want! Our reactions show us where we are blocking ourselves from what we want. Exploring and releasing the fears, conditioning and others expectations will support you to trust yourself to create what you really want in your life!

Here’s where you could start if you choose to:

✨Change of location, environment, people, work and much more. - You are what you surround yourself by. If you want to live differently spend time with those who live like you desire.

✨Boundaries - Where I drop on myself and those I love. Making space for yourself is not selfish it’s paramount for you and those around you to get the greatest version of you. (You will be more playful, compassionate and loving, I promise).

✨Financial income - Question what you actually require to live a healthy and happy life.

GRATITUDE TO ALL THE PEOPLE AND PLACES THAT HAVE SHOWN ME MORE OF MY CONDITIONING! 🙏🏼

I AM ON THE OTHER SIDE WITH MORE COMPASSION FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS.

FEELING MORE FREEDOM WITHIN.

“WHO COULD DO WITH A RETREAT?”

“I CAN’T COPE WITH ALL THAT’S GOING ON AND I’M STILL NOT DOING WHAT I SAID WANTED TO DO!”

“I’M FEELING VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE UNCERTAINTY OF MY LIFE RIGHT NOW!”

I personally have been ride this in waves for the last couple of months, when will what I want to do come, what will it look like, when and where will it be?

I speak for many others who have shared their uncertainty lately. A push to try make it happen, well we know where that can get us!

TODAY I REMINDED MYSELF THIS…

I AM AGAIN REPEATING A CYCLE OF CHAOS AND UNCERTAINTY!

I AM CREATING THE CHAOS AND UNCERTAINTY, FROM PAST FEARS, IT’S NOT SERVING ME (although it had done negatively in the past, as others gave me attention, felt sorry for me, did things for me to name a few).

HOWEVER ITS FAMILIAR AND FAMILIAR IS WHAT WE LIKE, EVEN IF IT ISN’T SERVING US!

RELEASE THE PAST
TO INJOY THE PRESENT
SO YOU WONT MISS THE FUTURE!
(Injoy is not a spelling mistake it’s a play on words).

You may be someone who had uncertainty in your past (there are many versions, you’ll know your own).

If this is YOU, what I want YOU to know is this uncertainty is DIFFERENT!

This uncertainty is DIFFERENT because YOU are DIFFERENT!

Together we can step through this uncertainty and prioritise ourselves too allow in what we’ve wanted for so long!
(that’s whatever you have been wanting or worrying about not having or experiencing).

AND THAT IS WHY I HAVE CREATED THIS HALF DAY ‘NOT ANOTHER RETREAT’

This time we can do it differently, rather than our old self, which might of kept pushing through, busying, controlling, trying to be perfect, saying we haven’t got enough time!

✨Why the ‘worst’ things that happened to you can be the best!...

I spent years trying to be happy ALL of the time! The truth is we all have a dark side and we are meant to too.

WHY?
You may wonder...

In the last 4 years I have dived into exactly that, to understand why I was trying to be on form ALL of the time.

To do this we are required to look at our s**t, we are unable to be free of the things that have happened to us, if we pretend to be ok about it or try to forget it.

Suppressing it creates depression, anxiety, fatigue, illness, ‘dis-ease’ and even death!

✨As a mentor of mine, would say “The only way is through!”

I went there...

✨Why my relationships were only working to a point.

✨Why I couldn’t look in a mirror

✨Why I didn’t like myself.

✨Why I put people on a pedestal.

✨Why I kept repeating things that didn’t serve me.

✨Why I made no time for my family.

✨Why I put everyone before myself.

✨Why I was fearful of doing things on my own.

✨Why I’d had thoughts about not been alive.

✨Why I had lost my dad by the age of 23.

✨Why I was craving sugar and carbs.

✨Why I made assumptions and judgements of others.

✨Why I always had to have another goal or project on the go.

I could go on and on, however this isn’t really about me, I only share my truths and show my vulnerability so if you have experienced any of those things, you can know there is light on the other side, if you choose.

✨Reflection - Notice all of these things start ‘I’

That means ‘I’ can change it, if ‘I’choose! And so can you!

✨Create - Do you have suppressed emotion?
Will you take time to acknowledge the strength you’ve gained from your toughest experiences?
Resilience creates strong people who never give up!

Your pain is your teacher - whether it’s your physical body telling you to stop, your emotions creating anxiety and/or depression.

Are you ignoring your gut instinct/feeling and then realising, you knew all the long!

✨Start listening to the tough times and the pain you feel in your body, it’s on your side and it is trying to tell you something!

✨Magic happens when you go there!
