Public announcement!! :) So many of my clients speak about how they struggle to find the right pillow, often because they vary their sleep positions throughout the night and therefore no one pillow is right for all positions. This meta-analysis showed that massage therapy can significantly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension and prehypertension. The reductions in blood pressure were comparable to those achieved by some antihypertensive medications, highlighting the potential to use massage therapy as an adjunct treatment for hypertension.
