✨ Farewell & Gratitude ✨
After many wonderful years with Happy Hot Yoga, our much-loved teacher Malcom will be moving on from Monday 24th November.
Malcom has been an integral part of our community — sharing his wisdom, presence, and heartfelt teachings with so many of us. He’s been valued by both students and our team, and we’re grateful for the energy and care he’s brought to every class.
Please join us in thanking Malcom for all he’s contributed and wishing him every success and happiness in his next adventure. 💛🧘♂️

✨November / Important Timetable Updates:✨
• COVER TEACHER - The lovely Hannah will be covering all of Carla’s classes as well as Nat’s Sunday Yin class, through to 18th November (Carla will be back teaching on the 19th). See our recent post introducing the lovely Hannah :)🧘♀️
• ASHTANGA CLASSES - While Carla is away the Friday Ashtanga Inspired class will be paused, and Sunday Ashtanga class will be a Power Yoga class instead. Note: These two classes will resume as per usual, upon Carla’s return 😊
• SUNDAY AFTERNOON BIKRAM - has been cancelled until further notice as Monique has had an injury and needs to take time to recover. Please join us in wishing her a speedy recovery.❤️🩹
So this schedule is for the first few weeks of November.

Introducing Hannah, who will be covering Carla’s classes from Friday 31st Oct - 15th November while Carla leads the group trailing Nepal! Here’s a little from the lovely Hannah so you can get to know her:
My name is Hannah and I completed my yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka. Yoga has been such an anchor in my own life, it’s a practice I cannot live without.
My love for nature and the ocean deeply inspires my practice and teaching, reminding me of the beauty of surrender, grounding and going with the flow. Through my classes, I hope to create a supportive space for you to pause, breathe and challenge yourselves.
Off the mat, I’m an interior designer and I also care for children. These paths have allowed me to nurture, create and hold space in different ways. I am so excited to share this journey with the community at Happy Hot Yoga 🫶🏻

Gather here in the studio this coming Saturday afternoon for a Sound Bath ✨
A sound bath is a meditative practice where you lie down to be immersed in the resonant sounds of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to promote deep relaxation 🧘♀️and stress reduction 😎.
The vibrations from the sounds are intended to be felt physically as well as heard, helping to quiet the mind and shift brainwaves into states of relaxation. Many say the healing tones help them clear their minds and reach a meditative state faster than silent meditation alone✨.
Although it’s tempting to save money and simply listen to meditative music at home – which is certainly relaxing – a portion of a sound bath’s benefits come from the actual vibrational frequencies that the instruments release when played.
