Are you passionate about fitness, meal prep, and nutrition? Do you enjoy being a positive role model and helping others achieve their goals? Able Futures is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Disability Support Worker to join our team and work with a participant who shares these interests.
Position: Disability Support Worker
Location: Central Coast Area
Type: Permanant Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized support to a participant with disabilities.
Assist with gym workouts and fitness routines.
Help with meal preparation and nutritional planning.
Encourage and motivate the participant to achieve their goals.
Maintain a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
Preferably male.
Passionate about fitness, meal prep, and nutrition.
Non-smoker.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be a great role model and inspire others.

We are pleased to announce the establishment of the NDIS Connection Desk at our Hunter/Central Coast Activity Centre. This service is designed to assist you in understanding and navigating your NDIS plans. Our knowledgeable staff are here to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have.

Key Features of the NDIS Connection Desk:

Personalized Assistance: Tailored support to help you understand and navigate your NDIS plan.

Expert Guidance: Access to experienced staff who can clarify any aspects of your plan.

Free of Charge: This service is provided at no cost to you.
