You may be wondering - what is Reiki? You may have heard of it but don’t really know what it involves or what benefits it can have. In basic terms it is an energy healing practice where the Reiki practitioner (me) places their hands on or above your (fully clothed) body, connecting to your energy to help your body balance itself from a very deep level. Sessions may involve guided meditation, crystals and colour therapy, and I also offer card reading and guidance as part of my sessions. In my experience Reiki can facilitate deep and profound life changes, and help anything from pain, anxiety and stress, to releasing emotions and helping find your purpose in life. I could talk and talk about Reiki but it is only the experience of something that will reveal the true meaning for you. Life works in mysterious ways, and I have found that it often brings you exactly what you need at exactly the right time. Gosh I had the most beautiful feedback from my client today
Absolute hit to my heart in the best way 🥹

I've done this for years and still, I'm overcoming a lifetime before that of this not being "normal". Of trusting the unseen and my own abilities.

I know I have seen amazing people and had such incredible experiences with them and just assumed, of course they know how amazing they are! Well, I know now - if they are anything like me they still have times of doubt, uncertainty, they might think I hope I did help that person.

Meanwhile that person is telling their friends and family all about this incredible session they had 😆

I've just had incredible session after incredible session lately, and I'm just overflowing with gratitude. My client said it's clear I'm doing what I'm meant to be doing - and I feel that 💯

This cacao dieta I'm doing is going well!
I feel very intentional, it's so good having a set anchor point in my day. No matter what the day is bringing, I know part of it will be sitting with cacao.

I'm finding myself saying thank you repeatedly, just feeling deep gratitude over many different things.

Definitely more in my heart than my head.

It's good to set yourself a challenge or intentional daily practice. Brings more presence and awareness for sure ❤️

Already made a post about solar plexus energy being strong today and now this 😆 definitely is!

The core of all this are these words:

We say - no more!
We say - no more controlling us!
We are ready to stand in our power

We do what is best for ALL beings

The time for war is over
We are done
The people are done

We choose love

This is what I align to. This drives my actions. Love is the core of my being and empowering myself and others to be conscious choosers, conscious co-creators of this reality is what I am here for.

And today it was yellow top and sun jewellery....and lo and behold the people I held space for had major solar plexus stuff going on 🤗🌞

This ever happen to you? The colours/vibes you just "happen" to pick (or intentionally ask about like me) totally resonate with the energy of the day?

I love it! Just another sign of how interconnected everything is I think ✨️

My phone fell down at the end for no apparent reason hence the maybe abrupt ending 😆 I took it as a sign that was where it had to finish
