I could never fully settle my nervous system living in a bustling city ; so I found my haven away from the maddening crowd.

For the last year I have anchored my connection to this land here on Awabakal country & brought to life an old cottage that is now Soul Sanctums wellness studio for you to come be nurtured in nature.

My self care menu is filled with select treatments to guide you home to yourself & release tensions held in the body from soldering on through life’s trials.

Literally every modality I have trained in is because I found they benefited me well & I wanted to be able to share them all with you too.

LOW TOX LIFE TIP: in the kitchen

I’m smack in the middle of preparations to downsize and move again so a good time to look at the basic essentials for daily household care without the chemical warfare on our bodies , so thought I’d share what I use presently

Replace your dishwasher rinse aid with this chemical free alternative

Mix 1tbs citric acid with 1/4 cup boiling water , whisk to dissolve, cool then pour into sq**rt bottle (yes I kept my old rinse aid bottle ) , add 10 drops of lemon or orange (actually any citrus) essential oil and shake

This recipe helps clean & degrease well.

Citric acid helps to break down hard water, balances pH levels, and encourages soap in dishwasher detergent to work better. It is great for disinfecting, descaling and helps to kill bacteria, mold, and mildew.
