You wouldn't yell at someone with a visible disability to "hurry up," right? Then please don't yell at anyone because everyone is battling something you know nothing about. You can't see someone's anxiety, misophonia, depression, personality disorders, hearing loss, learning or comprehension challenges, diabetes, incontinence, chronic pain, restricted vision, or any number of other mental health conditions from schizophrenia to OCD or body dysmorphia.

If you WOULD yell at a person with a disability, then you might have a disability of your own, because a lack of empathy and compassion is the absence of a trait present not just in humans, but in all living organisms.

Buddhist Boot Camp is an invitation to be empathetic whenever possible (and it's always possible). Namaste.
