🌿 We’re Hiring – Practice Supervisor 🌿
⌚️ Part-Time 60hours a Fortnight
📍 North-West Coast Tasmania

Kaloma Support Services is seeking a confident, values-driven Practice Supervisor to join our leadership team.

This is a field-based leadership role focused on strengthening practice standards across our services. You will work alongside support staff in participant environments, provide coaching and direct observation, support the development of support plans and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

This is not an office-based administrative position.
We are looking for someone who leads from the front, builds capability in others, and upholds high standards of person-centred practice.

✔ Strong knowledge of contemporary disability practice & NDIS
✔ Experience in Active Support
✔ Confident providing constructive feedback
✔ Committed to quality, compliance & continuous improvement
✔ Able to work autonomously and influence practice culture

The Plan is a key part of the Disability Rights, Inclusion and Safeguarding Act 2024.

A survey and submissions, both written and creative, are now open.

Opportunities to participate in face to face and online events will be available between now and February 2026.
