Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the top of my table for allowing me to treat you and your family.

Thank you for All the stories and conversations we have had over the past year, these will stay with me for a long time. From guessing who will make it to the NRL grandfinal, to birth related stories, to what you cant eat during pregnancies, From how our partners need to mow the lawn to our trips away, from kids getting jobs at GYG to futsal comps in QLD. From our softball trips away to perimenopause symptoms. From why do i have this pain here and can you fix it, to running in marathons (glad it wasnt me running) .

We have covered it all and so much more.

This year has been the busiest i have had in the 4 years i have been operating and from your referrals it will only get busier in 2026.

I cant express that gratitude i have for you all. The fact that you allow me to treat you and your family says the trust you have in my hands. Some may even not go to a dr and just see me. I should increase me rate to a Drs for these people 😂.

To make it esier for my clients to book in with me i have moved over to Square appointments.

This is effective from today. So for those that have used my old booking system please disregard and use my new system.

I have had to manually transfer everyone’s future appts into the system. So you may have received a few texts or emails as I entered the appts.

Below is the link for the new booking system.

For those that haven’t booked in any future dates you will need to enter your details in. Unfortunately i dont have time to enter over 200 clients details.

There should only be a few teething problems over the next couple months with receipts. I will try to rectify any issues ASAP

This can also be saved on your home-screen for easy access to book and check your appts.

Northern Rivers clients i have yet to put your dates in. So will get to them once i have finished with NSW hockey.

Most of you have already read or heard us talk about the 96km Kokoda Challenge we are taking part of in September.

To help with our fundraising, we are doing a money board.

It is $5 per number to buy

With the money prizes on a sliding scale depending on how many numbers we sell.

There will be 4 money prizes

The prizes will be a minimum of
1st Prize $100
2nd Prize $75
3rd Prize $50
4th prize $25

The time is here again. What time is that you say: my midlife crisis time. This is where i sign up for the 2025 96km Kokoda challenge again. After a few years hiatus. Im back for it.

This time it is Sydney in the Heathcote National Park mid September.

We have 39hours to complete 96km. This means no sleep until we complete it.

This year i have three fresh new hikers with me.

Those that have done it before will remember the hills, the pain, the hills, the pain, the hills, the hills, and the never ending hills. You also remember the emotions of crossing that finish line. All the hard work had paid off. Im after that feeling again.

So why am i doing this, well as I’ve mentioned before I’m nearing 50( in 3 years time) so why not do this for my mid life crisis. Plus perimenopause is stuffing up my thoughts and it thinks I’m fit. (My body is trying to tell the mind it isn’t)

We are also fundraising for the Kokoda Youth foundation. What is this foundation you say? The youth programs helps young people gain physical and mental resilience, confidence, and instill in them the values of Courage, Endurance, Mateship and Sacrifice

Our team is looking for Sponsors ( logos placed on our training and event shirts) and also personal donations. We know times are tough so even $5 can make a difference and all donations are tax deductible.

Stay tuned for our training posts cause they certainly wont be pretty

Yesterday I had surgery to remove the screws I had in place in 2016 after breaking my thumb

Surgery went well.

Good news is
Thumb is still attached so no one botched it up. It will be back to full strength in no time. Just healing the wound now.

Bad news
Ill be out for 2 weeks.

Monday 2nd June I will be back working.

Check online if you need to rebook/book in.

As the year draws to an end,
I want to send out a few shoutouts,

First my clients- for all that have graced my tables- thank you so much, my business is growing in leaps and massages and I cannot wait to see what 2025 will bring. To trust me to treat you to the best of my ability then to recommend me to your friends/family, Im an truely grateful.

This year has seen me with NRL, NRLW , A-league, International Union, NSW hockey to Warnervale Rugby Union, this has been a wonderful for filling year.

A few new adventures are already on the plate for 2025.

Second my kids- for looking after and collecting Isabelle while I work in afternoons. Even though she tends to look after herself these days

Thirdly my Parents and Deosha - without them looking after Isabelle i wouldn’t be able to treat my Northern Rivers clients. And those that have met Isabelle understand they need a holiday after a week of her visits.

Lastly but the most Important thankyou is to my Husband Adam Coulter . From day one he has never resented my work, he always encourages me to be the best I can be at my job. Handles the family when I have work trips (even though he says they are holidays), without his support I couldn’t have the job i do. I wouldn’t able to experience what I do. Not many partners step up like he does. So thank-you for your unwavering support. I love you.

Its a tough gig being a massage therapist. It isn’t your typical 9-5 job. I can work anywhere from 7am -10pm. I can travel anywhere from Newcastle to Sydney on a normal day. I can work up to 7 days a week.

It’s a tough gig, but I enjoy my work immensely and the people I meet.

So i hope to see you all in the new year when i return to work on the 20th January.
