Head Trainer Shaz decided a cardio session was a good idea at Fastrak Fitness for her EMS training.
The impulse from the suit for muscle stimulation is different with cardio than it is for strength training - strength is usually a longer contraction of 2-4 seconds and cardio is a quicker 1 to 1 on off.
For this fit superstar she could get a great calorie burning workout in 20 minutes with minimal impact on her joints involving walking lunges, step ups, side squats, walking bicep curls and lots of other fun stuff, all with a smile.
