We’ve packed these holidays with creative, gaming, STEM, and social programs designed to help kids build confidence, friendships, and new skills in a fun and supportive environment.

From Minecraft, LEGO, Science, Art, Baking, Gaming, and 3D Animation to sensory and creative workshops – there’s something for everyone!

✨ Term 1 has been BUSY in Employment Supports… and we love to see it! ✨

So far this term, our participants have been building real-world skills, stepping outside their comfort zones, and growing in confidence every single week.

But the best part? Seeing confidence shift. Watching someone who once avoided eye contact now confidently introduce themselves. Seeing resumes turn into job applications. Seeing “I can’t” quietly turn into “I’ll give it a go.”

We’re on the lookout for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to support people with disability to build independence, confidence, and real-life skills across community, centre-based, and outdoor settings.

This includes working on our beautiful 16-acre property, supporting participants to engage in a diverse range of unique, person-centred programs — from life skills and social groups to creative, technology, and interest-based activities.

✨ Consistent part-time hours
✨ Supportive, values-driven team
✨ Ongoing training and development
✨ Meaningful, hands-on work every day

Experience in disability, youth, education, or community services preferred.

🚗 Driver’s licence + relevant checks required (or willingness to obtain).
