At Better Life Ranch, we believe that healing doesn’t always happen in a room with four walls. Sometimes, it happens in the quiet presence of a horse. 🐴✨

Horses have a gentle, honest way of connecting with us. They sense our emotions, respond without judgment, and create a safe space for healing. Through equine assisted psychotherapy, we work alongside these incredible animals to support people on their journey of healing from trauma, stress, anxiety, and life’s challenges.

It’s all about connection. The horses help us slow down, be present, and rediscover trust, resilience, and peace within ourselves. 🌸

✨ For 13–16 year olds – starting 6th November 2025

✨ For 8–12 year olds – starting 27th November 2025

➡️ Each group flows into a 6-week Leadership Program, where participants step up and help lead the next group.

💜 Healing from Trauma Group (Adults) – starting February 2026

These groups, run by AJR Counselling, Coaching & Consulting and Better Life Ranch, focus on building confidence, resilience, social skills, and healing in a safe, supportive space 🐎.
