I have a lot of clients ask when they first have cupping in a massage what it is and what the benefits are.

Cupping lifts and seperates fascial layers. This allows for a flushing of old toxins and allows fresh new blood cells to the areas of the muscles where knots have built up. It’s a great release combined with trigger point therapy and muscle manipulation.

The redness only generally lasts a few days however the results are undeniably great!
