oh the journey of looking back and thinking your belly was huge 😂
and somehow we still have quite a few weeks to go 😬🙈✨🤍🫶🏼

Reflections have been coming the later i get into this pregnancy,
now that thankfully the vomiting and sickness has stopped.
Reflections around many things as pregnancy is designed to do,
but mostly around how i truly find myself deeper and deeper each time i carry my babies.
I know the journey is so different for every woman,
some say they lose themselves in motherhood and i understand why.
but i feel so found and whole in it.
i truly didn’t know who i was until i had Sophia
and now i feel like i’m undoing everything i then thought i was and had become through this pregnancy.
i love the journey of death, rediscovery and revelation when we open up to the portal of pregnancy, birth and mothering.
i think for a while i forgot this feeling, the feeling of wholeness in simply existing.
unrelated to any jobs, roles, achievements.
but in just devoting myself to creating life and caring for a little being.

we can get so caught up in the chase of life,
but nothing can bring a woman to this place, of inescapable and at the same time effortless
growth and expansion as creating life inside of her does.

a love so gentle, yet moves the deepest parts of me.

Sometimes before sessions i’m guided to begin working on you/your soul before your physical arrival.

🪶 this mornings was a drumming session, picked up the deer drum (feminine, contrary to the roos ones) and let her lead me through some very specific sounds, vocals, vibrations and percussion, letting her medicine work on the soul of the client as if they were already on the table, to shift and prepare.

the beautiful thing about working with energy and souls work is that from the moment you open up to entering a portal of healing, your soul may at times come visit me before our session to commence the work.
from the moment you consciously say yes and open to a healing, you’ll enter this space where you’ll be begin to prepare for what’s to occur in session..
notice feeling that arise leading up to it, thoughts, patterns becoming more prominent and loud, feelings in the body, even dreams. everything gets turned up for you to see and become aware of, so we can together work on what your soul/you are ready to shift, heal, release, embody.

each time will bring what’s needed and most relevant, remember to always trust exactly where you’re at and to keep leaning into the journey 🌸🤍✨

🌹what are you being pushed to connect to?
what cry is being forced out of you?

you know, our ✨womb✨truly is the only portal we ever have to access, to access OUR DIVINITY.
full stop. our most powerful form of guidance and knowing comes from the connection to our portal.
no other connection is more powerful than the one within, especially for us women.

we energetically and physically shed what we’re internally and externally processing and navigating each month, and how f precious is that 💫🌸
we are given, actually no,
we are BORN with the innate ability to shift and release on a cyclical basis. we are alchemists by nature.
but when we don’t, gunk accumulates. we clog up, stiffen, get blocked. and then our whole being is affected.

planning our month around our cycle is crucial for women each month, to have the space feel the opening each month just before you bleed and feel your senses become so heightened, your knowing being so much clearer. to allow yourself to step into the invite that your womb poses you.
when we bleed 🩸 we’re equally here and there.
one foot on earth, one in the stars.
you’re all of it.
you feel the primal call your bones and blood screams at you while also remembering that you’re made of dust so ancient there is no end to who you ARE.

it’s all about unity. uniting the physical with the unseen, uniting those equal parts of your being that at times can feel so foreign from each other when we lose connection. but they’re ONE. there is no one without the other.
truly BE with and in this GIFT each time, get to know yourself deeper, asked yourself what needs to go so that you can make more space and capacity for a new level of uniting your soul and your body more each month.

what a blessing is to be a woman✨🌸✨🩸

for so long i struggled to let go of her, what she had created, what she had gifted me.. the safety that i felt in “being her”.
and i am so proud of that decision she took one day without knowing NOTHING about social medial, running a business or let alone how to build one from nothing. but she did it🌸because she felt something in her heart that didn’t make sense but she couldn’t ignore.
and unlike what i believed then, that she was led down that path to build up a career and financial success..
instead she was led to that decision for something far more important. to FIND HERSELF.

and she then had the courage to rip apart everything that didn’t resonated with her heart and soul in the process. physically and energetically.
THAT IS WHAT I AM THE MOST PROUD OF🤍

so today on this 11/1 big portal i unexpectedly sit and

i honor her. i love her. i sit with her. thank her for all she’s gifted me. and allow her to always be a part of me somewhere in my heart and to open up even further to all the beauty and abundance she paved the way for on this path and journey further into coming home, to me 🌸

and this brings me to say share the reminder of
‘staying open’ to what is..
we truly never know what the next opportunity will bring. we aren’t meant to ‘rationally know’, we feel it.
so FEEL your way home to YOU. don’t try and understand it, don’t need to explain it to others either.
become in tune with the strings in your heart pulling you and leading you to the only path you need,
which is to coming home to you🌸

and that couldn’t be further from the truth.

if you want to bring a real shift to this world’s reality

then start with the work you do, ON YOU.

nothing can change until that becomes your first priority.

until that becomes your whole life’s devotion.

this world is nothing but an expression
of a million speckles of our own reflections.
so if you want to see real change, start with you.

which reflection of the world is calling a tender spot within your heart?
can you lean in a little deeper?
can you devote your heart to keep following these gentle whispers over and over again?

bring those lenses back to yourself, in every day and every moment and every encounter.

sometimes, but always really,
the most transformative thing that we can do is to simply
⋗quieten the noise.

WHO ARE 𝑌𝑂𝑈 when you’re not influenced by social media?
who are you without the influence of others?
who are you when it’s just you?
who are you when you remove everything else. distractions, ‘inspiration’, programming from outside sources?
who are you when it’s just YOU.
when all that exists is 𝑦𝑜𝑢 and 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡.
who are you when you go back to that place.

𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑔 isn’t about becoming ‘the next version of yourself’, i believe that’s a whole load of crap.
the true meaning of transforming is finding our way back to OURSELVES and OUR HEART over and over again.
it’s not really about becoming, but the process ot unbecoming and coming back. reconnecting. calling back who you truly are without the distortion of the outside noise.

as we can get caught up in the inspiration-influenced world especially in these digital times where so much gets thrown in our faces.
it all has a place and serves a purpose, but ultimately don’t forget to listen to that place within.
