An update re my next trip: I still don't have confirmed dates for June. I promise it's not because it's cold down there!
I'm in the middle of what seems to be a neverending list of external events I must be present for. It is possible I may zip down for 2 or 3 days instead of a week, so message me if you need/want to secure one of what will be very limited appointments.

Melbourne! My next dates are confirmed and I'll be winging my way to you early on 30th April with appointments open through to 4th May.
I'll confirm the days for Keilor and Sth Yarra in a couple of weeks, and have closed my booking portal for this timeframe so logistics don't get messy 😃

We are excited to announce the first Australian ConTact CARE Course is happening May, 2024 in Yamba, NSW.

If you would like to come or you know anyone in Australia that is wanting to learn please let them know.

Course details

Date: 18-19 May

Course duration: 9am-4pm (approx)

Location: Clarence Valley CrossFit, Yamba NSW.

Cost: NZD $535 (must be paid in advance to confirm your place) (approx AUD$500 )

A bustling year for ConTact CARE NSW! Not a lot of time on the socials, but the opportunity to treat clients from near and far. We are grateful for clients making the trip to Yamba, as well as our travels to them have been beneficial, with everyone reaping the benefits of treatments and experiencing the body's natural unraveling!

We will take this time to rest and spend time with our families, but are looking forward to kicking back into it in the new year!

Get in touch if you need a treatment after Tuesday 02 Jan, but until then…

Did you know that these names (plus ) are the only people who practice ConTact CARE in Australia?!

Yes, so it may mean you have to travel.

But yes, for us here at we are more than happy to work with you to find a suitable appointment time. We are able to accomodate weekends (with notice), and outside of your usual business hours.

We want to share the benefits of ConTact CARE and being so scarce here in Aussie, we are flexible.

So if you are thinking about it, please get in touch. We would love to help!

I am so grateful that is on the ConTact CARE bandwagon with me! Anytime I have had a ni**le or headache I have the ability to ask him to just see if he can help.

There have been a couple I would like to share:

1) Helped get rid of my tennis/golf elbow by releasing a Finchlocked shoulder blade.
2) Released my lower back. After having a super tight lower back; giving me really bad period pain. Pain relieved. 😍

3) Banging headache during a workout with burpees. Every time I went to the ground my head would pound (and I love burpees!!). We paused mid wod and Justin dropped the pressure from my head and 💥 BACK TO NORMAL and finished my workout!! Such a versatile skill, and grateful we can work together on our journey!!!!

An INCREDIBLY talented young boxer who made the journey from Brisbane to see us here in Yamba.

Looking forward to releasing the trapped bone pressure after the surprise impact, and allowing the body to unravel itself. Send it.

One of the appealing aspects of ConTact CARE is it’s gentle approach. There should be zero discomfort during a treatment as the ethic of Contact CARE is movement away from pain.

No matter what! ConTact CARE will ALWAYS work with YOUR comfort position. 🥰

If there is every any pain or discomfort, (you are responsible for your comfort) you let the person treating you know. They will immediately move AWAY from that discomfort.

We support what feels good, no matter what! Some comments on the weekend were that they couldn’t believe they felt so good without going through ANY pain.

THURSDAY THROWBACK TO ‘BE EPIC ConTact CARE’…

Awesome to have the opportunity to treat Justin’s parents while they were up this week, showing them what ConTact CARE is all about. 😍

Both having a great sleep post treatment and feeling more relaxed in the morning (in particular a back and a crooked arm 😛).

Wonderful to be able to help family and friends with this skill!

You don’t have to live in pain or discomfort! There are other options available to allow the body to heal itself. ✨🌱
