This month at Exhale we have something special on the horizon.
Tomorrow night we welcome Sharon Hale for an immersive Sound Healing experience, an evening designed to calm the mind, restore the body and help you reset before the end-of-year rush. Limited spaces remain.

A quick update as we move into the festive period:
On Christmas Eve, our bathhouse will close at 3pm, with the shop open until 4pm for any last-minute gifts.
We will be closed on Christmas Day.

We look forward to seeing you in the lead-up to Christmas and welcoming you into the space for a moment of calm.
