With excitement we present our next workshop, Breathe Into Wellness with the wonderful Nic Dorsch. Explore various techniques you can use as tools to manage your state of being, move through emotional times and master your mind.

Knowing how to influence our breath not only improves overall wellbeing, it’s incredibly empowering. In this workshop led be Nic, you will discover how you personally breathe, then explore using shapes and movement, plus breathing techniques to transform the efficiency of your day-to-day breath.

Beads and Mantra have been used traditionally for thousands of years in Meditation practice called Japa Mala. Through this practice, we are able to feel into the subtle essence, the feeling behind the Mantra we are experiencing.
“Japa Mala has found its way into my daily Practice, and from here the desire to create these beads for others grew. I intentionally source all materials and hand knot each bead onto natural silk cord. Beading became an evening ritual over winter, seated in front of the fire and soaking in Mantra” - Sarah

Join special guests Anthony and Ally for an evening of percussion, harmonium and Mantra while gathering in community connection.

DONATION EVENT - All donation proceeds will go to Mudyala Aboriginal Corporation - an Aboriginal owned and run not-for-profit organisation that aims to support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth in the Northern NSW Clarence Valley region.

When we start to get into a more regular Practice and show up often, we notice there is so much the Practice has to offer. As teachers, it is our absolute honour to guide you through Practice. All that we share at Samadhi Collective is passed on through an embodiment of the teachings that we have been shown by those before us. We honour these Practices and remain forever students first.

The physical benefits of Yoga are great to build strength and stability, but there is much more to experience here than simply making shapes.

Join Registered Art Therapist and Yoga Teacher, Sarah, for a soulful afternoon of reflection, relaxation, and creative exploration.

As we move through the second half of the year, this immersive workshop is your space to pause, reconnect, and gain clarity on what you truly want to call in for the remainder of the year ahead.

Through a grounding Yin Yoga practice, you’ll embody your intentions and shift into a state of deep presence. Guided art-making will then help you bring your vision to life through creative expression—no art experience needed. Throughout the session, the soothing vibrations of sound bowls will support your nervous system, gently guiding you into ease, and alignment.

What you’ll experience:
• Deep relaxation through breath, body, and sound
• Clarity and intention-setting for the months ahead
• Nourishing Yin Yoga
