With excitement we present our next workshop, Breathe Into Wellness with the wonderful Nic Dorsch. Explore various techniques you can use as tools to manage your state of being, move through emotional times and master your mind.

Knowing how to influence our breath not only improves overall wellbeing, it’s incredibly empowering. In this workshop led be Nic, you will discover how you personally breathe, then explore using shapes and movement, plus breathing techniques to transform the efficiency of your day-to-day breath.

JAPA MALA
Beads and Mantra have been used traditionally for thousands of years in Meditation practice called Japa Mala. Through this practice, we are able to feel into the subtle essence, the feeling behind the Mantra we are experiencing.
“Japa Mala has found its way into my daily Practice, and from here the desire to create these beads for others grew. I intentionally source all materials and hand knot each bead onto natural silk cord. Beading became an evening ritual over winter, seated in front of the fire and soaking in Mantra” - Sarah

✨ End of Challenge ✨
We are so incredibly proud of every person who has stepped onto the mat during the Winter Practice Reset. We have watched you show up, Practice and grow over the last month and couldn’t be happier to share this space with you.

Tomorrow’s Yin Yoga class will include an additional 15 min sound bowl relaxation to mark the end of the reset. Anyone is welcome to join this special class, whether you have joined the reset or not.

✨ Community Kirtan ✨
The devotional practice of Kirtan is one of Yoga’s most treasured gifts. It is an immediate way to uplift the spirit, open the heart, and bring inner peace. The mantras are universal sounds that resonate with our being, bringing connection to self and all, and uniting hearts.

Join special guests Anthony and Ally for an evening of percussion, harmonium and Mantra while gathering in community connection.

DONATION EVENT - All donation proceeds will go to Mudyala Aboriginal Corporation - an Aboriginal owned and run not-for-profit organisation that aims to support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth in the Northern NSW Clarence Valley region.

There are many reasons why we Practice Yoga and as individuals we are often drawn to the Practice for varying purposes. When we start to get into a more regular Practice and show up often, we notice there is so much the Practice has to offer. A regular Yoga Practice has many benefits for all areas of ur being, including the mind, body and soul. These include but are not limited to:

As teachers, it is our absolute honour to guide you through Practice. All that we share at Samadhi Collective is passed on through an embodiment of the teachings that we have been shown by those before us. We honour these Practices and remain forever students first.
