Big changes are here

We are officially relocating to the Sunshine Coast, it has been such an amazing and incredible journey in Yamba. A massive thank you to all my clients and those who have supported me over the years to help me where I am now.

Although I am looking forward to this new chapter, Yamba will always be the place where everything started for me.

And again a massive thank you to all my amazing clients, I would not be where I am today without each and everyone of you. For those who still wish to see me, I offer all my sessions online.

When we allow space and time for our body to let go and unwind that is where we can find ourselves at a place of true healing.

Spinal Energetics and Breathwork don’t always need to be this big aggressive release. Sometimes the gentle approach is the one that will give the most profound healing and release.

Being able to do this from the comfort of your own home is also too sometimes the most beneficial way of doing it, no stress about having to make it on time or going into a new environment and being somewhere completely out of your comfort zone. Spinal Energetics and Breathwork can meet you exactly where you are.

Time for me to have a session of my own

I’m a firm believer that has facilitators. We need to keep on top of our own stuff to be able to fully hold space for our clients. And that is why I still book myself in for my own sessions or put myself through my paces in my own Breathwork session.

A lot of the time people tend to think that because we are a facilitators we are immune to life, but that isn’t the case.

Life still happens, we cannot control the bigger picture so it is our responsibility to still do the work ourselves so that we can wholeheartedly hold space for our clients in a way where we can meet there where they are and actually understand what they’re going through.

Many of us at the start of a new year often come up with a New Year’s resolution, some of us are successful at seeing them through, some simply too hard to do.

Instead of a New Year’s resolution, what if you could genuinely start the year as a new you? What if there was a way you could break those old cycles and clear out any baggage from 2025 to start this year completely fresh?
